Chul was born and raised in Busan with just him and his mother. He never knew his father in person. HIs father passed away when Chul was 2 years old. he had gotten caught up in the wong type of crowd. Chuls mother thought that was the end of it but they could not escape the influence of the gang. THe boss had taken an interest in chul's mother. she was young afterall. She gave in and married the gang boss. Chul grew up being the bosses son and wanted for nothing. as he grew up it was noticed that he was exceptionally smart and would be an assest to the "business". Once he entered middle school his "father" started noticing something off about Chul. Soon chul came out saying he was gay. from that point on he was abused and called a disgrace. His "father decided to then make his use to be pride an joy a prostitue to make money. Chul hated it and wanted to get out. HIs mother saw the opprotunity and sent him to America to live with a host family and get a better education (he was 11). It was noticed that he had problems and the host family the Rileys got him help and helped him strive to be a good and kind man. they supported him no matter waht. While living with the rileys he found his love for music because of the rileys consistig of a musical family the father professional sound tech and the mother a music teacher at an art institue. He mcved back to south korea after graduating a performing art high school at the age of 16. when he moved back he went to see his mom who he hardly talked to but missed dearly. He found her in a very abusive home along with 3 little sisters he had no idea about. he quickly decided that he would get them away from his so called father by any means. he found an entertaiment industry and worked his of to debut and make money to help his mom and sisters
