So for all u laptop program wize out there....i need help lol

Have you ever bought a new pc & you can't wait to try it?

I've recently got my asus laptop last year (2014 of oct) & I've been tryin to get rid of virus programs & deletin a fake anti-virus thing.

& since gettin rid of the fake anti-viruses work,it ended up pre-installin stupid ad adware (seen above) & now i can't seem to get rid of it cuz its bein a .

can anyone tell me how to fic this,aside from resettin (since im resettin the whole entire laptop atm for the 2nd time)?

download these two free programs https://www.malwarebytes.org/ its a free malware program, also download https://www.spywareterminator.com/Default.aspx, a free spyware program, run spyware terminator first and have it scan for spywares, then run malwarebytes do the full scan. May take up to 1-2 hours. Once finish you will have to restart laptop. After all of that go to install/remove programs and delete fake adware programs if its there. Restart laptop once more and it should be fine. Keep the two downloaded programs, as you may use it to do a scan for future viruses, malware and etc. Hope this helps you.
