FML!!!! I'm screwed!! :(

 

 

Hey, it's me gurls. I have some news that kinda upset me and ruined my chances with Edwen. So remember the last blog I posted? I told u that I talked to him for the first time. I was going to take the second step and start to be friends with him. I was excited this morning because I knew I was going to see Edwen in French 2 that afternoon. Today while I was in second period, I was talking to my friends and showed them the picture of of him I took. They showed my friend Michael the picture and he knew Edwen and that they were friends. Then he told me that he had a girlfriend. Yes, a girlfriend. So i kinda hurt cuz I was trying to get to him as close as I could. The thing I need to know if what Michael said was a lie, but would have to ask Edwen himself, which I can't do because I didn't get close with him yet. I don't know wat to do in this situation. If he says he has a girlfriend, that would mean I would have to keep my distance form him. On the other hand, if he doesn't I'll be able to keep moving forward with him. Right now, I really don't know where my feelings stand for Edwen anymore. I just got a little upset at wat Michael said. I know I can't rush anything, I was going to take my time with him because I really care about him. I just don't know if I can try to continue with us just being friends if he is taken..........

 

My question is,

 

Should I continue to go at my slow and steady pace with him, given the chance that he may or may not be taken? (Tho, I don't want to rush the process by asking him if he has a gf too soon, cuz I would be taking a gaint step.) But if he does have a girlfriend, should we still reside as friends, knowing that him and his unknown girlfriend may not break up?

 

 

 

Please  give me your best advice on this, because at point I'll have to make a final stand on wat to do.

I know news like that can be disheartening but you just met the kid. There's still time for y'alls relationship to blossom. Your relationship should start as a friendship anyway~ You can still get close to him just chill on the flirting because it might turn him off.

I'm so srry girl :( I know that you were working to be friends with him and that's good. So even if he does have a GF, you shouldn't give up. He still needs someone he can talk to, be friends with, and trust. If you fit that bill (BTW, those are also traits of a worthy GF) and this GF rumor is true, then should anything happen between him and his GF, you can be there to comfort him and, chances are, he'll pay more attention to you and be able to see your light and something might happen...So, long story short, become his friend and always be there for him. Keep your eye on him, and always watch his back :)

I agree with Kianna. Be friends. You don't want to end up having him taken from you..cause it's gonna hurt. Meanwhile, just keep it cool. If he does have a girlfriend, then just forget abut it and move on. If he doesn't, then, make your next move, but don't rush it.

Be friends. U never go after a taken man that's my motto, because what u take can also be taken away from u. Its a never-ending circle of bad karma :(

Be friends. If he breaks up with this chick (if he does have a gf in the first place), he'll trust you enough to come to you for comfort. Then it's only a matter of time before you can snatch him up. :)

You don't know him that much yet and you never know, maybe he turns out to be not the person you imagined him to be.

And besides that:
I don't want to be a bad influence, but if he has a girlfriend: there is no better way to snatch a guy away if you're friends with him ^_^

Girlfriend or no girlfriend, I think you should remain striving to be his friend. And if he does have one, don't stop but just try not to get slapped by her ;D

Sense you don't really know him that much yet. Take it slow and be friends. If he does have a girlfriend then you could be his best friend. Just don't jump to any conclusions yet and get to know HIM first. Not his relationship status

I agree with KPopLuvr. I mean friends would be better then nothing if you truly like the person. So by doing that you will eventually get your answer and if he is single then you can try and be more, if he isn't you still have a great friend and eventually someone else will come along.

Just try focusing on being friend for right now. That way you'd be able to find out for sure if he does have a girlfriend and also you'd be able to get to know him more.
