Started My Fifth Tattoo Today ^^

So my left arm is now nearly a sleeve ^^

I have the butterflies and a rose on my inner elbow that needs finishing (Can't see it in the photo yet)

My Tattoo artist is a legand and a genious (The skull idea came from an old Big Bang logo and she changed it ^^)

I was thinking about getting a tattoo for my 18th birthday but the thing is my birthday is in the winter. The tat I want to get will be on my back but since I can't walk around in a tank top it won't be able to breathe. Should I still get it or pick another place on the body??
