Model like body with long legs and flat stomach , but has some small and noticable curves. Rather tall in height, enjoys the liberty of not having to wear heels at all times, but loves wearing them just the same. She has a nice pale complextion and does not mind a slight tan on her skin. Enjoys having both her hair up or down. Be it up in a ponytail or bun and down straigth or wavy. Prefers having her hair in layers and shoulder or mid-back length. Her hair color does change every so often, but only to different shades brown or golden brown. She uses as little makeup as necessary, usually only wearing mascara, eye liner, and lip balm. Always meeting new people means frequent handshakes, so she makes sure to have her hands in a presentable state. She frequently get a mani-pedi, but always keeps it simple. A manageable nail length, french tip or solid color, and maybe a few rinestones when shes in the mood. She really tries to take care of her skin and hair by drinking plenty of water, limiting her time in the sun, eating right, and sleeping enough. Again, she tries, that doesnt mean she actually keeps at it especially with the sleeping bit. Others might say shes crazy for getting them, but she sees them as art and ways to express herself.

People regard her a fashionista, she calls it whatever she feels like wearing. But if she did have to use specific words casual chic or comfort contour would be it. They are outfits she feels can be worn anytime of the day, that are both work appropriate and casual. All she has to do is change her shoes from heels to sneakers and the clothes still look complete. And yes she does carry an extra pair of shoes just in case, rumor has it that she even keeps some in her office! With the office not being too strict with dress code, she is free  to wear what she pleases. Anything from dresses, skirts, shorts, jeans she loves; just leggings aren't her cup of tea. Boots and sneakers are her favorite. While heels and sandals are her guilty pleasure. She's not too fond of flats, thus only wearing them occasionally. Always making sure to have  a cardigan or blazer within reach so she can be ready for an unexpected meeting. She loves the chilly weather because she gets to wear long or short overcoats or jackets and scarves. She loves to accessorize with simple jewelry and headbands. And she never forgets to wear her watch on her left hand, that way she can take a break from whatever screen she happens to be looking at. Wearing prescribed contact lenses   when meeting potential clients and wearing her eye glasses when she's tired or feels lazy putting her contacts  on.



    

                          
DESCRIPTION

An empathetic person who is good at sizing people up, but also tough enough to handle contract negotiations. Thats Aebi alright,  the looks of an angel but the mind of a manipulating sly fox. Having been exposed to the film and entertainment industry at such a young age, has prepared her for her chosen career path. Despite the pressures of being a casting director, Aebi enjoys her job. She works closely with the producers, writers, and director and is tasked with finding the best available actors and actresses for the project. With a Bluetooth in her ear, phone in back pocket, iPad in hand, one of her casting associates, and maybe a production assistant with her constantly, she tries her best to find the needed cast ASAP. She's friendly and chill when meeting the prospective actors, but once the doors close and she begins discussing contracts with their agents, she is persuasively persistent in getting what is needed. She has a vast number of connections and contacts that many are amazed at her great memory and ability to keep in touch with all of them. When not busy, she is mingling around the office or enjoying time by herself away from her technology. Getting the chance to meet new people, discover new talent, and help create a master piece is what makes her job worth while and happy.

The Casting Director:     She is levelheaded in unexpected situations, but self-contious of her actions, not wanting to dissapoint those who depend on her. She is confident in what she knows and won't hesitate to try to explain her point.   Emphatetic and committed to do her job and help others. She enjoys receiving those auditioning and appearing as an intern. The surprise and change in in personality really help her decide on the actors true nature and personality. a little small talk with both the actor or mdel and their manager, helps Aebi strategize on how to approach the conract disscussion. Actors can rely on her helping them relax and gives some tips before begining their audition. If she found a promising candidate, even if he does not make it for a call back, they are placed in future choice pile, while those she dislikes are placed in the ignore pile. Managers can expect a heated contract discussion, this girl can be very firm and ambitiious, but still remain an angelic smile on her face. Aebi can be very articulate and manipulative to get the information or things she needs or wants for both herself or Pathcodes.
       The thigs that really tick her off are arrogant andspoiled actors or models that assume th part is thiers and change scripts or concepts to their liking. And cue the change in attitude! C'mon, Aebi wants proffesionals that are going to follow the production teams decisions, not some inexperienced pretty face with no brain. Aebi gets pretty vocal and snobbish towards aid person and lets just say it ends wth one of them walking out (actor) and the other left with a satisfied grin (Aebi).She doesn't care if she gets called into Joonmyuns office, but as long as the said person knows she is superior to them in everyway, then its okay. She also dislikes managers who think they can get the better end of the bargain just because they assume she is inexperienced and from a small company. Aebi likes taking this fact to her advantage and playin along. From threatening to use her connections to shame their agency, no further contacting agency for future projects, or re-casting, are some of her favorite to use to manipulate things in Pathcodes favor. Her smile might not fade, but the seriousness in her voice and the intensity in her eyes are something managers claim to be intimidating. Her greates satisfaction is findig the ideal cast that not only worked marverlously on the fim or picture project, but also got along well with the Pathcodes crew.

The Co-Worker:   Just exsudes confidence and a unique charisma that just calls for others attention. Though she prefers to spend her working place limited to two or three people, he can't help but seek the others company as well. Usually th quiet one listening to whatthey talk about, but if interested will quickly join in. She cares for the others and is awfuly tolerant of their doings. Being a bit of a dork herself its quite a sigth to see her be relaxed and wild with the others.  She is resourceful and determined to reach her goals and working with others ideas and suggestions in mind. Is observant of her surroundings and quite open minded to others perspectives and ideas. When she stepped in to Pathcodes, she sure didnt expect a variety of personalities to be inside, but after time passed she realized that was Pathcodes charm. sure sometimes there is tension amongsts them, especially with Yixing when he cant finish a script or keeps changing a characters appearance. She even argues with Joonmyon about the casting budget or complaints he has received from unhappy managrs or actors. if she just stepped out of his office make sure your out of Aebis way and dont talk to her, shell snap at you. To distract herself from her work she often volunteers to help clean up or set up and is always kind to those younger than her. Aebi really enjoys company dinners, she gets to drink her stress away with Kaya and makes sure D.O doesn't make a get away from the dinner. You can expec her to joins in calming some wild Jondea and Beakhyun or comforting a crying Kris or Tao. Many fo the guys  (and girls!) go to her in hopes of a blind date arrangement o a chance to help her in auditions.

The Friend:    Thanks to her friends her mischieviousness has risen and unfortunately might go over board at times. She enjoys smiling and laughing, but hates laughing continuously because she might end up snorting a bit. She was always a happy kid, her and her older brother always joking and teasing. Being lady-like is natural to her so many of her actions are elegant and precise, but everyone has a breaking point. If any of her friends or family is threaten be prepared to face her anger. She holds alot in and if someone decides to push her buttons, she won't hold back. Of course she won't be extreme, but will humiliate you unknowingly, She learned to cause damage without being caugth, what are good friends and experiences for rigth? Being knowledgeable sometimes leads to her coming off as a snobb and a tad bit stubborn. If she doesn't lke you, she will answer with short blunt statements and harsh sarcasm. All this with a grim face or a sweet smile, depending on who is witnessing. She is loyal to those she trust and wants to protect, she might not quickly defend them, but will help push them foward. Once she's with those she trust and is comfortable with, she's laid back, bossy and silly. Exppect inside jokes,frequent skinship, silly faces and teasing coming your way.
      

The Person:      She is understanding and tolerant of other opinios and ideals. Yet she can't help but think about them in the back of her head. But if someone tries to push their beliefs on her then she will lightly smile and straightfowardly ask to leave her be. She's insecure at times, but when she has to step her game up, she will try her best. FOUR — Music: Nothing calms her down or pumps her up like listening to her playlist. Her phone, ipad, and desktop are full of her music. She makes an effort to purchase some of her favorite artist albums or merchandise and even attend some concerts. Having a musical actress as a mom heps develop multiple music prefences.
FIVE — Fashion Magazines and Blogs: Being a former model, she loves keeping up to date on current fashion do's and don'ts. She also likes looking at her model and designer friends editorials to have something to talk about when she calls.
SIX — Films and Dramas: She enjoy watchinmg them and takes the opportunity to review potential actors for future projects. She knows who is active and poular an dwho needs that extra push that maybe Pathcodes can give them. She also enjoys watching her brother prove himself as an actor.

EIGHT — Hot Chocolate, Tea, Iced Coffee: These are the drinks that keeep her awake. For some reason she can only enjoy drinking iced coffe or those frapps, even in cold weather. And she's more than happy with a cup of hot chocolate during a hard day. If she has to work late, hit her with some green tea or lemon grass tea.
NINE — Fall, Winter, Spring: She loves these seasons. Being able to wear her favorites. The smells those seasons bring. Being able to stay indoors or walk around witha different sound each step you take. The holidays spent with family or close friends.Being able to do nothing even just for one day depending on the mood the weather brings. She loves when it rains or snows, preferably lightly of course.
TEN — Skinship: This girl loves to cuddle. She's not clingy, but if she notices you suddenly sulking or stessing out she won't hesitate to pat your back or head, massage shouders, or give hugs. Back hugs are her specialty though. She might suddenly hold your arm or hand to walk and put her head on your shoulder if shes tired and you happen to sit next to her. ONE — Summer: She dislikes the heat of that season. She hates how sticky she ets and the humidity it brings. She struggles enough to take care of her skin and hair, the summer weather makes her want to shower more than twice the day. She thanks whoever invented air conditioners for making the season bearable.
TWO — Arrogance: Especially when she is casting or negotiating contracts. There is no way sh will sign some one like this because it will just ruin the flow and synergy the crew has. Does not matter the popularity or talent theyt posses, but if the actor, model or agent is arrogant, say good bye to a contract. She'll deal with a desperate Joonmyon. 
THREE — Hot Coffee: She dislikes how it feels going down . Its too bitter for her taste buds. Its weird she can drink it with ice , but thats ecause the ice waters it down to a cleaner taste. Just don't hand her ho coffe and you'll save yourself from seeing her glare at you.
FOUR — Open Water: She knows how to swim and enjoys it. But she is terrified of swiming in open water or deep water. She is tramatized after an accident she had were she fell into the water and due to shock could not bring herself to swim. So close to drowning.
FIVE — Beer: She'll drink anything else, just don't force her to drink beer. She dislikes the sour taste and horrid smell it has. The most shell drink if she feels like it is one can or one glass when eating fried chicken. Because i all honesty, that chicken tastes great with beer, unfortunately.
SIX — Messes: Sure her desk might not be the neatest, but all the important paper work and actor profiles are neat and up to date. She knows whos contract is where and why the contract has a legs or face insurance form. Fell free to ask about such contracts when she is no busy on the phone.
SEVEN — Tardiness: Being in the film and tv industry means there are deadlies to be met. And she tends to have the most deadlines out of everyone in Pathcodes. If the actors she is auditioning are late by more than fifteen minutes, they better have a reason other than traffic to make up for the negative oints they just earned.
EIGHT — Fur / Synthetic Fur: She loves animals, so why would she like wearing them. Sure she does own a pice or two, but she does not enjoy wearing them. Besides they were gifts from model friends and its rude not to accept them.
NINE — Salty or Too Spicy Food: She loves food, but she can't and won't eat it if its salty or too spicy. Eating too much salt makes her feel extremely thirsy and wake up with a bloated face. She likes spicy food and normaly enjoys it, but there is only so much spice she can handle. if she reaches the point were her tounge goue goes numb at the first ite, she'll drop the spoon and never raise it to again.

one — Walking or Sitting in the Park: With or without music, its all the same as long as she feels the soft breeze play with her hair, some well desrved sunshine, and the smell of nature. The best way for her to forget about her work and stress. A good way to think if she needs to or to not think at all.
two — Taking Pictures: This doesn't mean shes into photography or that she takes great pictures. NOPE! She just likes taking pictures of things she finds pretty, cool, or interesting. The pictures range from flowers, food, animals, that cute baby or kid over there, D.O working or angry, Joonmyon pouting as he reads, or others doing their job or chatting, and selfies. You know, the usual.
three — Reading: Be it a fashion magazine, an online blog, essays, books, or fanfiction Aebi will read it, if shes interested of course. It relaxes her brain and eyes from having to read scrips, profiles, applicatoions, insurance policies, and contracts.

ONCE UPON A TIME

— character BACKGROUND

Early Years:  Born January 4, 1992 to two lovely parents and a two year old brother. Mother was a musical actress and ex-singer, who decided to take abreak in orde to raise her two children. Father was moms manager and was the one who suggested moving to the US. He had family there and her mom desrved some time away from the spotlight. For Aebi's first three years of life, her mother and father were both around. But once her older brother, Hyungshik began attending school and she could be taken cared of by her aunt, her parents began disscussing her mothers return to Korea. And she eventually did, but only went for six months at a time. Sometimes dad would join her, but would often alternate staying longer in Korera or in LA. While that was going on, Aebi and her brother were being taken cared of by her aunt and attending school. Becasue of this Aebi depended on her brother for alot of things. And he developed teh necessity to always be there for his siter. despite them being really close, ther moment their mother arrived thetwo would bicker and fight for their mothers attention. but the moment she left, the two were inseperable and always concerened for eac others well being.
    On one of Aebi's moms retuns home, her mom had a photoshoot and interview scheduled in LA. Both Aebi and Hyungshik were allowed to tag along for the first time. Aebi could not help but be amazed at the cmaeras, lights, make up and clothes she saw. Seeing her mom be dressed up ike a doll or in her mind like a princess, was amazing. She wasn't the only one with hanging open, but her brother was two. Seeing the childrens faces, the photographer suggested some pictures to include the children. The two were quickly tidied up and touched up with a bit of makeup. The first flash was left engraved in both of the Choi's siblings minds. The crew commented both childrens natural poses and attraction to the camera. They suggested putting both in child clothes modeling or acting. The parents were doubtful, but both of the kids looked like they were enjoying themselves. They asked both of them, and both of them agreed with smiles. both of the Choi's sibilings lifes changed that day, they found something the two could relate to. Hyungshik being seven and Aebi who just turned five two weeks before.

Growing Up as a Model and Actress:   Immediately, Aebi's dad took charge in arranging possible photoshoots and small rols in tv or movies he could find for his children. Their mom also suggested an acting class and looked up potential courses. Her parents continued theri flying back aand forth from Korea and LA. But Aebi and her brother really didn't mind anymore. They wee enjoying the time they spent in front of the camera and getting all dressed up. This continued even when they moved to Japan in the summer of 1999. Despite the change in homes and schools, Aebi was happy to be able to spen more time with her parents. Her mom had been casted for a Korean Japanese musiccal and her dad transfered to the Japanese branch of his agency. Eventually the two sibilings were chosen as the Japanes faces of a korean brand of childrens clothes and accesories. after much effort in learning Japanes, Aebi was casted in a childrens show that taught english and had small roles in dramas. All of these activities were arranged to still allow her to attend school and be with friends. Her parents found this necessary and mandatory, they didnt want for theri daughter to lose herself in fame.
     In 2005, the family eventually moved againa nd permenantly stayed in Korea. Aebi had to once again adjust to a change in homes and school, but she didnt care. What she cared about was now being able to have her parents around every single day. She continue school, met new friends, and perfected her broken korean. once she settled in perfectly, Aebi pursude her acting career head on. She still modeled for her original koreanbrand, but as she grew older she eventualy let it go. She now modeled for magazine editorials and per request by designers would sometimes walk runways. But her true passion was acting and with the help of her dads managing she began taking her first steps. She began by having one liners and small cameos here and there. But eventually she was given a small role in a drama. She had a few lines, but was called a scene stealer. She continued receiving small roles, but eventualy was granted supporting roles and leads in music videos and cfs. Her career was going in the right way and there seemed to be nothing in her way from becoming a great actress. .Despite her love for the camera, she coudln't help but notice what went around in the background of every production she was in, be it a drama, moive, MV, CF, or photoshoot. She really wouldn't be were she was at if the casting directors and producers did not like her. 
 
Trauma and change of Dream:   Well there was one thing that could ruin her future as an actress, her studies. Her parents only allowed her to take on her projects, if she kept her grades up, they still wanted her to attend a university even if she had a set goal in mind. with the help of an awsome and cute tutor and of course her friends she kept those grades up. She even found time to be in a relationship, though it was sweet at first they ened it for the best in both of their careers. So there really was no threat, until that day came by. A photo shoot gone wron, like really wrong. The shoot took place on a yacht in the middle of the Jeju sea. Everything was fine, her dad and brothere were there watching, when she slipped. Unbeknowst to the crew in charge, the yacht was slightly wet from the wind tha blew the water onto the boat. Aebi slipped on he water while standing near the rail. She fell inot the open ocean. She was too shocked and scared to swim up to the surface, she could not bring herself to move and was slowly sinking. She was pulled out by two crew members and her brother and immediatley aken to the hosptal. No serious injury was made, but Aebi was in deep shock and made to rest. Fortunately she had no projects in the works and could rest for a while.
     Unfortunately, when she tried to stand infront of the camera again fo another photoshoot, she couldn't do it. She was terified to mess up again and worried something might go wrong. Underwent psycological theraphy to get over her camera fear. After a month of sessions, she decided to no longer model and focus on acting instead. At auditions, it was prettty obvious shestill felt awkward infront of the camera, so she was not given an call backs. until finally a casting director called aebi for a one on one talk. And it was there when Aebi relized what she had denying to be true. The casting director told her there was more than one way to shine in this industry and it does not always have to be in front of the camera. Aebi had to let go of her old dream of being an actress and look for something else she could strive for. And being a casting diector seemed like a possible choice. So after six months from the accident Aebi decided to end her acting career and focus on her studies. And after much effort and help from her family, friends, and tutor, she graduated high school and was accpted into Seoul National University.

Graduating and Pathcodes:   Aebi attend SNU and decided to study a major in bussiness management. Her dad had just opened his own model and acting agency, it was a branch from her old agency. Aebi aimed to help her father in managing the company, thus her choice in study. Her mother was still singing on stage and making tv apearances. While her brother continued to act and model, he was really making a name for himself ini the industry. Sure Aebi was a bit envious of her brother becoming a sought after actor, but she enjoyed some of the free time she now had. She could now focus on her studies and hang out with friends, both from school and from the celebrity world. She could even date with out worry anymore. While studying she interned as her brothers manager assistant and eventually interned at her fathers agency as a castng assistant. By graduation, Aebi had moved up from intern in casting to casting director She now handeled the casting and signing of modeling and acting trainees. Aebi seemed to be able to see those with the best potential and the company grew to have many rising models and actors. She loved being able to groom and help guide others into the rigth path to their dream. She also surprisingly loved the adrenaline rush she got from contract disscussions with magazine and drama producers. her acting sklls really came to play in the office to sound more than convincign ,but still sweet.
       Around this time, Joonmyun, her tutor and family friennd, had visited her father to disscuss his new bussiness venture. Aebi had given him full support, Joonmyun informd him that he had asked Aebi to join wanting a close friend to rely on, but she had declined. Her dad promised he would change her mind and after much convingcing by not just her dad, but the rest of her family and close friend, she agreed. She's been working at Pathcodes for months now and could not be happier. Her experience from working in her dads company made her more than prepared to tackle the casting diector posistion she was given. Thankfully, she remained in contact with a few PDs and directors she worked with, as well as close designer, model, and actor friends.  She enjoys the office's atmosphere and how each worker brings their best to the table. Everyone willing to not only help and encourage each other, but also play and tease each other.  There was not a day that went by that Aebi did not miss the spotlight, but she really likes being able to make others shine. Being part of a memorable and globaly recognized production as the lead actress was her dream, but now she dreams of helping create and find the right cast to make that great and recognized production.

 RELIABLE Father — Choi Sooyoung // 42 // CEO of Elysian House // Reserved, Strict,  Ambitious, Hard Working, Understanding, Persuasive // Aebi spent alot of time around her  dad, especiace he was her manager when she was an actress. She saw how hard he  worked for not only her , but also her brother to get the best and apropriate auditions and  castings. He loves his family and is happy when they are happy. So when he established his  own agency for actors and models, he didn't think of the responsibility it wouild take. Aebi  frequently checks up on her dad and ask for help when she is short on actors or models.  She feels at ease knowing that her dad has her back and will help give advice when she is  lost or confused. Her fathr knows of her insecurities and can see thru her mask. He feels  partly responsible for his daugthers acting career disappearing and is not too sure if Aebi  truly loves her new path. He'll help her in what he can.

  Kind Mother — Choi Joohyun // 40 // Musical Actress // Loving, Understanding, Kind,  Opinionated // Aebi didn't spend too much time with her mom. Joohyun was busy with  musicals at that time, but the little time she did spend with her, she spent it learning and  listeningto her stories. Her mom was always ready to listen and give her firm opinion on  any situation. When both her chioldren showed interest in acting she was happy, but worried  about the struggles they would face. Aebi grew up seeing her mother on a stage or behind a  camera promoting a new cosmetic and she really admired her for her cameleon abilities.  The two don't see each other often becuse they are both equally busy, but did call or text often.  Joohun was relived that her daughter changed career paths, but now is disheartened that  her daugther might not really be happy with what she is doing now. Aebi knows of her moms  worries and works hard to prove that she is happy.

  Silly Older Brother — Choi Hyungshik (Alexander) // 25 // Actor & Model // Ambitious,  Hard Working, Caring, Silly // When young these two were inseperable. Of course they had  other freinds, but whenever they tagged along with their parents, they only played with each  other. Hyungshik always looks out for his baby sisier and loves to makes her smile. He  also enjoys teasing and annoying her to her limit. Aebi loves her brother, but hates how  anoying he is and makes sure to get even. They text frequently since he can't really talk  during filming. Her phone is full of pictures he sends her of himself or the set he is in. He  knows how hard Aebi struggled to let go of her acting and makes sure to keep her involved  in his. Aebi enjoys hearing from his projects and slightly envies her brother for continuing  his dream. Since she lives alone, her brother often sleeps over in the spare room she has. Aebi loves having her brother close and knowing he works hard to make her trully smile.

FRIENDS

  THE INFORMANT — Song Amy // 24 // Casting Associate // Loud, Blunt, Moody, Curious //  She might be older than Aebi, but she acts like she's younger than her. Amy is what you  would call a gossip queen. She knows who did what and with who on what day. Aebi  doesn't even have to ask, Amy just tells her. There are no hard feeelings between the two  because the younger has the higer position, Amy likes not having that responsibility and  helping instead. As associate, her curiousity actually helps, she helps find out all the  possible dirty secrets the auditioning actors might have. The two are sometimes like  water and oil, but when they aren't too stressed they are the sweetest and cheesiest of  girls. Amy is able to read Aebi like a book, but that does not mean she knows everything  about her friend. There are a few somethings that Amy does not know about AeBi, but as  her friend she try's not to pry.

  THE CHILDHOODFRIEND — Kang Minhyuk // 23 //  Father's Secretary // Fun, Determined,  Caring, Blunt // He has practically been with Aebi since she stepped foot in middle school.  He was in charge of showing the new girl around school. The two got along quickly and  became inseperable. They've been through puberty, struggles, heartbreak, and joys. He  knows everything, like everything, that Aebi has been been thru. He is her shoulder to lean  or cry on. Always ready to listen and give advice or scold her. And she will do the same for  him, Min is like her lost twin, and takes care of him as such. They enjoy teasing each other  and they often communicate thru text or calls. They even go on friendly dates for fun.He is  almost part of the family, her parents treat him as a son and her brother as a little brother  too. Minhyuk knows AeBi's past and the real reason for her career change and the  struggle she went thru accepting her new path.

 THE TUTOR — Kim Joonmyun // 24 // Producer & Founder of Pathcode Films // Moody,  Intelligent, Determined, Calm, Dork // Aebi always struggled in her classes. It's not that she  wasn't smart, it's just that she's would sometimes be left behind in class due to filming  schedules or photo shoots. Upon entering high school, she asked her father for a tutor and  Suho was hired. Being her senior and number one in his year really, Aebi thought he'd be a  bookworm, but was surprised to meet such a good looking dork. Joonmyon also thought he  would be tutoring a snob and conceited girl, but gladly met a patient and kind girl. When he  graduated the two still kept in touch and he would sometimes tutor her some more. When  Aebi arrived at SNU, they would meet up every so often and dated for a about a year and  ended in friendly terms. Aebi sees in Suho a sweet friend who will listen to her opinion and  correct her mistakes and ill judgement.

 THE STRUGLE BUDDY — Lee Kaya // 23 // Production Designer // Organized, Silly, Hard  Working, Determined,  // Aebi feels Kaya shares about the same amount of stress as she  does. While Aebi has to work with meeting not only the company's desired  actors, but  budget as well. Kaya has to meet a budget as well and find alternative materials if needed.  The two bond over coffe breakes and a couple of glasses of soju during a company dinner.  They frequently run into each other during pre production at the front of Joonmyun or Kris's  office, both waning to dissus a change in budget. They are both of the same age and share  many of te same ideas and thoughts. Though Kaya is more firm and unyielding, Aebi tends  to be a bit more flexible, but persistent. Aebi wishes she had Kaya's ability of staying awake  for so long, but thats her concern for the poor girl as well. Kaya in the other  hand wishes to  have Aebi's calm and tactful disposition.

 THE TEDDY BEAR — Do Kyungsoo // 22 //  Production Assistant / Location Manager // Short  Tempered, Strict, Confident, Hard Working, Adorable // Everyone at Pathcodes knows of  Kyungsoo's strict and short tempered mind. But what no one expected is for Aebi to be  able to bring him to relax and smile. Kyungsoo tends to only smile in her presence. She  knows of his mad cooking skills and how much of a softie he is. Both seem to do a good  job at hiding their true feelings. A bit of a pessimist and a workaholic, Aebi saw in him her  father and didn't want the young male to stress out. She makes sure he eats and is  distracted  every now and then. Kyungsoo enjoys having the care of a noona, though he  knows she  dislikes being called so. He too does small but noticable things to helpl her  out, like  double check her budget calculations or checking if her things are charged. Aebi  loves  givng him hugs despite the look of horror Kyungsoo has on, but once she leaves  he can't  help but break into a goofy smile.

OTHERS

 THE RETURNING EX-BOYFRIEND — Jung Younghwa // 24 // Actor and Singer //        Determined, Hardworking, Silly, Kind, Respectful  // Aebi's first boyfriend and first love.  he  might have been older than her, but the two met during a drama recording. Yonghwa  unexpectedly transfered to her high school and they began to date. Their relationship  was  secret to the media, the school helped keep it secret and family knew as well.  Unlike Aebi, Yonghwa really  enjoyed  the spotlight of being an actor and decided to  venture into singing as well.  While  doing  so he began spending less time with Aebi,  and despite thier love for each  other,  Aebi  broke it of. She hoped that Yonghwa would  stop her and say they could  figure  things out,  but instead he gave her up. Its been  years since they've been face to  face  and met when  Minseok requested him as the  actor for one of his productions.  Since  then they've  become friendly again and  Yonghwa wants back what he lost. He  knows he  was stupid  and is trying to win her  heart again. Will he?  

  THE LANDLADY — Lee Nami // 46 //  Landlady of Jasmine Court Livings //  Curious, Blunt,  Judgemental, Caring //  Lady Nami  is the owner of the aparment building Aebi lives in, it was  purchased as a  gift by her son who owns many of his own.  Lady Nami took a quick liking to  Aebi, claiming she was as pretty as her when she was young. Enjoys visiting Aebi's  aparment  unexpectedly and always seems to know her schedule.Knows of the relationship  between  her and Minseok likes to bring it up every so often. Loves teasing the two. Brings  Aebi food  and takes care of her like  a grandaughter. Finds great pleasure in cooking and  watching her  dramas.  Aebi often takes her out to eat and buys her gifts of thanks. She feels  good having  someone to comfort her and talk to after a long day at work.

CAsting director

— " it's Supposed to be hard. If it wasn't hard everyone would do it. The hard is what makes it great."

                  

Upon deciding to venture out of the spotlight she had, she chose to work behind the scenes in the film industry and maybe working in her fathers agency. Being exposed to film, tv, and theater since little, she felt she had what it takes to work beside her dad. She worked hard to graduate at the top 10 of her high school graduating class. She was amazingly accepted to Seoul National University were she studied vigorously to major in buisness management and graduated top 20. During her freshman and sophmore years, she asked her brothers manager to work as his assistant. Aebi felt the need to know what important role a manager has in an actors succes and an actors attitude towards their agancy. Her Junior year, she began interning at her fathers agency. She saw this as a necessety to understand how the company works before managing it. Aebi unknowly found herself in the acting department more frequently than in  any other deparment. Noticing this, her father suggested she help in the casting of actors and models to sign under the agency. She accepted it and by graduation she had become one of the casting managers and was working full time. She maintained a close freindship with her sunbea and tutor Joonmyum, so when he informed her  of Pathcodes she was more than thrilled for him. But when he asked her to join him as casting director she hesitated and declined saying she was not fit and prepared for such a big position. Joonmyun left her to think about it with an application on her desk. Her father found the job application and, being a family friend, called up Joonmyun to ask about it. After much convingcing from not only her father, but the rest of her family and close friends, she applied. Aebi attended the interview and was taken, despite her lack of confidence, as the long awaited and needed casting director.    



WHAT IS YOUR DREAM FOR PATHCODE FILMS? AND HOW DO YOU SUPPOSE YOU WILL BE ABLE TO CONTRIBUTE IN ACHIEVING THAT DREAM?  — My dream...hmm...(she sighs and moves hair behind her ear) To be the best film company in South Korea and win the best film award at both the Blue Dragon Film Awards and Golden Bell Awards. Sorry. Is that too big a dream? (She shyly smiles and clears ) I think once we do that then we can focus on an Academy Award, so lets start small, no?(Smiles and thinks again) Umm...and my role in all of this would be casting the best possible cast. And being able to select the best people to communicate well with the directors and writers vision. If that can be achived then I know i did my job. (A warm smile on her face) 

DO YOU LIKE YOUR POSITION? WHY OR WHY NOT?  ARE YOU AIMING FOR A HIGHER ONE IN THE FUTURE? — Yes! I can now happily say yes. (She lightly nods) As you both know I wasn't exactly happy with being casting director. I mean all the presure and responsibility i suddenly had was...wow. (Using her hands to motion an explotion) But rigth now, I really can't see myself doing anything else. It makes me happy seeing how the people I suggest make an idea into reality. (A happy smile) And no, I don't aim to go any higher. Well, at least not in this company as you both know. (Head tilted to the side and locks eyes with Joonmyun who smiles.) Once  my father and I both think I'm ready, I'll step down as casting director here and work along side my father at  Elysian House. But that's a long way to come so don't worry. (Smiles softly)

IF YOU COULD SWITCH POSITIONS FOR A DAY, WHAT WOULD IT BE? WHY? — Ahhh! (Clapping after a long pause in thinking) The assistant director. (Smiles) Why you ask. Well simple really, as casting director I sort of already direct the auditioning actors and actresses. And as a former actress my self I think I can help in the communication between the director and actors better. I think it would be really interesting to see one's ideas come to life before my eyes. (Nods, and smiles to herself)

DO YOU THINK PATHCODE FILMS COULD GO A LONG WAY? — Definately! (Smiles wiht  light nods) Think about it, this is a young company and with young employes. That means we are a film company with many fresh and innovative ideas. (Hands slowly begin to move) We can take on  any challenge older more respected companies are too scared to try. This company is full of ideas, passion, and love for what they do. With the proper leadership and great opportunites, I think Pathcode Films can and will go a long way. (Eyes full of hope and looking directly at the two producers)

DO YOU GET ALONG WELL WITH EVERYONE? — (Thinks to herself) Umm...yes? Well, at least that is what I think. (A slight pout on her lips is replaced by a straight line) Part of why I think Suho-oppa suggested the position I have is because of my social skills and emphaty for others. I actually know everyone, but that doesn't mean I know everything about them and don't argue with them. When I get too into my work, I do turn into a bit of a snob and might release some of my anger on who ever is near. but, thats not often, rigth?(Looks at the two infront of her who clear their throats) And the only time I argue is with the producers on budget isues, the director and writers on request and wishlist, and when discussing contracts with agents or managers. So, yeah I do think I get along with everyone. (Smiles and lightly laughs)

                                                 

PREVIOUS WORK EXPERIENCES

• Actress/Model — New World Entertainment — February 1997 - April 2008  — A child actress and children clothing model. Worked in both the big and small screens, from small to big roles. As she grew older the offers contitnued to come in. Recieved a few awards and complimented for her great acting and modeling despite her young age. Believed to one of the best actresses of her age and could have been bigger had she not decided topursue other things.
• Manager assistant — Z Empire Entertainment — June 2009 - June 2011 — Schedueling of appointments, recordings, and photoshoots. Always ready for any unexpected incidents. Watched over her brother, The actor, when manager needed her to.
• Intern (Casting) — Elysian House — July 2011 - September 2013 — Would do what ever the staff needed for heer to do. Copying, typing, greeting, anything really. Often in charge of helping in the casting of prospective actors and models to join agency. 
• Casting Manager — Elysian House — September 2013 - November 2014 — In charge of the casting of both actors and models to sign under agency. Organize auditions and keep record of those who try again. Implemented a new idea into the agency of auditioning in rounds and only accepting a limited number of enterants.

Minseok is the one who directs the making of a show and film. Armed with his creative mind, He is the one who visualizes everything and is the one in charge of the artistic and technical aspects of their projects. He may be quiet, but everyone obediently follows him. He observes every possible angle and is quite flexible with the unexpected. If things do happen o get out of hand his tolerance level may decrase and an explosion of anger may occur. Minseok may be a little higher up the staff hierarchy, but he gets along well with everyone and people adore him for his kindness. He knows that in order for there to create a great productiuon, the team working in sync. When people need someone to talk to, they would usually confide with Minseok. Because of this, He knows a lot of things going around the set and is the perfect person to go to if you need to blackmail someone. He does try not to reveal the entnierty of th secret, but does give minor hints. But with that adorable face who would possibly get mad at him. He might be one of the oldest of the company, but being with those younger than him, he just can't help himself in being silly as well. Escpecially when around Jongdae, if the younger one manages to talk him into it that is.

HISTORY — The two met at work. On AeBi's first day she was immediately put to work and begin sending casting calls for a cosmetic CF. To do so, she quickly sat down with the the director and writer. Both Minseok and Aebi quickly got along, so much so  that Yixiing found it amusing and took notes on the sidelines.  Obviously without them noticing this. Minseok thought of her as pretty and Aebi saw him as adorable. When Aebi proved her self worthy of her position when she managed to sign a rising star, Minseok was amazed. Such a pretty and kind girl was able to be firm and persuasive for her job. Aebi couldn't help but admire Minseok for his great ideas and calmness in directing. Such an adorable guy can be a unyielding and levelheaded. Surprisingly the two discovered they live in the same apartment building, on the same floor, and right across the hall from each other. Aebi had just moved in the day before her first day at work and Minseok had  finally introduced himself to his new neighbor one week later. 

INTERACTIONS — Living so near, the two would sometimes go to and from work together. Be it in the bus or each other's cars. When at work dinners, Aebi can't really hold her alcohol, so Minseok  would often take her home. They shared their passcodes to their apartments to each other. Every now and then they do eat together, but its not common. What is common to see though is the secret glances and smiles between them. If one of them goes to get coffe they bring somehing for the other as well, they dont even ask they just bring it.  They are really friendly with each other that everyone else just calls them the some couple. Who wouldnn't think this, Minseok gets up set when actors are too friendly with her and Aebi's nostrils flarer whe aactress do the same to him. But they really only see each other as friends, don't they? Or do they need a little push to be something else?
