I have hiked the beast of a mountain (the Y mountain where I live, which many would describe as easy, but they'd be wrong) and have survived even with my heart condition. Despite how beautiful it is, I can't say it was worth the pain. I will add a picture of my city when I'm not sitting on top of a mountain, burning up data.  But yes. There's my night.
