life or pride

Hey all, hope u guys have a good weekend

it's my very 1st blog here, i'm not quite a writer but i've been here for a while, i'm at a point where i dont know who to share it with anymore, so the question goes....

If you only have life and pride left

and you can only choose one, which one will u choose?

If you die for pride there would be nothing else you can do.
But when you choose life instead you would absolutely have at least a chance to fight for your pride.

Life. I would choose life. With life comes hope and the possibility of growth and change.
Pride can be destructive especially when its unchecked and has no basis for its existence.
Sometimes you have to let go of whatever pride you have just to go on but the upside is that nothing usually lasts forever and life can take you in a direction where you recover your pride again.
So yeah life, i'm having trouble expressing myself properly but if it comes to the two, between life and pride, i would chose life.
