I just want to confirm, is it real preview or just a fanmade?

because the video and picture's in this video looks like its fanmade..

and Yuri and other casting just accepted the role a while ago..

its so fast to make a preview right? :)  

btw, the preview really like the pro if its a 'fanmade'
