I was watching Kurosuji and it suddenly occurred to me that everyone is after Ciel. He's the unclean one, he's the abandoned one, everyone hates him, his soul is supposed to be eaten, he should go to hell, etc, etc. I sat there and thought about and I went, why? Why this poor 12/13 year old who's only sin is that he contracted a demon in a last attempt of survival. No one really cares do they. In the end he's evil because he's trying to take revenge. Of course, he has no right to take revenge, right? Because it's a sin to want to take revenge against the people who slaughtered your parents, burned down your house, kidnapped you, branded you, humiliated you, tortured you, revoked you of your human right, treated you like an animal, forced you to kill your parents a second time, hurt the people you care about and want to kill you again. Of course, it's a sin. I mean what the hell is wrong with these people, Ciel is nothing but a shell of a bright kid he used to be, he's filled with hatred and pain! Honestly! What did he do to deserve this? Nothing! And yet, he's the one in the wrong! Sheesh! I can't even express how mad I am.

Why would you do this to this poor kid???
