About KARMA POINTS

Hey guys. I just want to ask for my friend...

She's having issues on her Karma points, she have reached 299 pts already last night then she commented five times today, when she went to her profile her Karma points is still 299 pts. Any idea what would be the reason to why it didn't add (Karma points)?

Also, have her clear her internet browser history and cache to make sure her comments are seen clearly and not as spam. This may not be the issue, but it's what I'd suggest.
