PROLOGUE: they met in a dance class in the USA, they both attented it for a month. Jungkook was struggling there because he didn't know much english, seeing that he needed help Yoonjae immediately approached him and befriended him, they weren't even aware that Jungkook was a groupmate of her cousin Hoseok, because Hoseok have absolutely forbidden his groupmates to meet his precious "cousin". However fate decided for them to meet.
The first time they hanged out they shared it over a glass of lemonade that Yoonjae prepared exactly for him. During that short month Yoonjae took good care of Jungkook even if he didn't ask her to she ended up cooking for him and helping him in his apartment which is apparently just next door to the apartment she was staying it. Jungkook secretly appreciated her help. Specially when she was the only one he knew there when he got sick, she nursed him back to health. After a month of staying in the US the both of them gave each other a good luck, they didn't know they would meet again. They went to the same school and they were classmates and this time Jungkook was the only one she knew in a bunch of younger kids and this time it was Jungkook's turn to take care of her. They became seatmates and closefriends. Jungkook also has a crush on her.
There was a time when Hoseok forgot something his phone at Yoonjae's house naturally she brought his phone back to him in Bighit it was were she officially met the rest of the Bangtan members (Hobi can't do anything about it) but everyone was shocked when Jungkook hugged her.
RELATIONSHIP:They have a type of relationship where in whatever Yoonie wants Kookie will absolutely do it even if it's the most ridiculous of request, no one can do about it when obviously Kookie was Yoonie-whipped.
Jungkook is an adorable kid, he is loyal to the people he loves and he is very affectionate.To other people, Jungkook is a kid. At his age he is still clueless about what others feel and think, he only gives importance to what he feels and thinks. He also loves to annoy the heck out of the people he loves, it gives him joy. He also hates when he does not get what he wants. He felt like he needed to grow up and be a man when he met Yoonjae. After meeting her he now cares about the feelings of others, he became more mature because he needed too in order for him to handle someone as 4D as Yoonie.
They have a friendship in which Jungkook picks up whatever mess she has done and usually when she loses her temper Jungkook is the only one who can calm her down, not her parents, not her members, not Yunho nor hobi but Jeon Jungkook. Kookie just have a calming presence to someone who's as hyperactive as Yoonie.
Jungkook is also just a call away, they are always talking anyway in kakao talk. It's also really hard for them to ignore each other, specially for Yoonie who's from SM, she can't just hug Jungkook casually, but even that is the case the two rebel and bring their friendship out it the open. But is it really just friendship for the both of them?

Yoonjae and Jungkook got to together not to long ago, they've been dating for almost 2 Months. They already loved each other since a long time ago, they aren't awkward at all for two people new in a relationship. They've gotten a long way to reach where they are now. They treat each like bestfriends, both of them believe that it's the foundation of every relationship. They trust each other and they are each other's confidant. she isn't a person who can handle her emotions well but Jungkook is teaching her everyday how wonderful it is to be in love. The both of them feel really lucky that they get to meet frequently because they go to the same school, If they are in school and they aren't busy they always find time to hang out with one another and go on dates. If both of them are too busy they will always communicate through kakao talk and skype.
Jungkook loves to spoil his Princess, it has always been like that ever since. He still takes care of her, cooks for her. He always buys gifts for her wherever BTS goes to, Jungkook will find time to buy her something. If he spots something that he thinks that she'll love he will immediately buy it. Jungkook is also very protective of her, he is a jealous boy and hates men oggling her. This is one of the reasons why they have fights most of the time, She is also very stubborn, she will go on days or even weeks of ignoring him. Most of the time it is always Jungkook who will appologize first, the funny thing is during the time when She ignores him she will get depressed, she will miss him so much but she will still ignore him it's like she's hurting herself. Jungkook's weakness is her tears, he hates to see her cry. He vowed to make her happy, so he should not allow a single tear to fall in her eyes.
EPILOGUE: is it really just friendship for the two of them? clearly not in Jungkook's case.
Jungkook just woke up one day feeling like his heart was about to burst open, he was so frustrated that Yoonie couldn't see his love for her. His frustrations upon this one-sided love lead him to write I NEED U. One time in March 2015 Yoonie received a call from Hobi telling her that Jungkook is in an emergency. She immediately rushed to their dorms and She saw him burning up underneath his sheets, maybe his lovesickness lead him to actually getting sick. she took care of Jungkook, Just like when when Jungkook got sicj in the US.she cooked for him and watched over him till his fever went down. When Jungkook was asleep and Yoonie was feeling bored she came across a blank CD with initials YJ, she thought "YJ???is anyone among those dorks a shipper of yunjae(refering to Yunho and Jaejoong's OTP)?" she decided to place it on a player, and heard someone's familiar voice pouring his heart out in a song. She listened quietly and the lyrics hit her.
She realized how bad she's been treating Jungkook lately, "Noona..no Jung Yoonjae..i love you so much, i know you don't love me /laughs/ but i do.. and i will continue loving you even if you won't hear this I love you so much and Happy birthday" She finally realized that she should stop pretending that she doesn't love Jungkook because she already did, she was just stopping herself because she thought that Jungkook will mever fall for someone who's older than him. She ran towards Jungkook who was now up ,still groggy from sleep but he was up.
"P-princess(he calls her this) why are you" she shut him off with an "I need you too" and eventually ending it up in a kiss, after sharing their first kiss and leaving a stunned Jungkook.She told Jungkook "babo..i love you too...always had.."Jungkook ran outside and saw his CD on the player, he had his hands on his hair because he couldn't believe what was happening now. "Jungkook..am i wrong?"she asked him, doubting about his apparent confession in the song. Maybe it was a dare. But Jungkook hugged her suddenly "Jung Yoonjae...will you be my girl? i know this isn't the most romantic setting but I just love you so much.. that my heart" She cut him off again "I know how much your heart hurts Jeon Jungkook because my heart hurts too and yes i'll be your girl i don't care about where we are now all that matters is that...we are together" She looked so adorable while confessing her feelings Jungkook just had to kiss her again. The clock struck 12 and at her birthday..Jungkook and her made another fairytale come to life.

Jung Yoonjae lived a humble life in Boston, her mother and father both worked in the music industry, her father who is half korean-half american used to be a guitarist in a band and is now a guitar teacher, while her korean mother a full korean is a voice teacher. Naturally growing up she's exposed to music. At the young age of 4 she was already thought how to sing and play instruments through her own music teachers her parents.
When she was 8 Years old her whole family flew back to South Korea since her father was offered a producing job in SM Entertainment, rather than leaving his family in Boston he decided to bring them to Korea and leave everything behind. It was the year 2003 and she finally met her father's good friend, Jung Yunho or now U-Know of Dongbangshinki, she never knew the uncle(not related by blood) she got close to through phone calls and letters is an actual musician himself, when she met Dongbangshinki she knew she wanted to be just like them.
She pushed herself to grow in her talents, she even ventured out to learning how to compose music, She also decided to learn how to dance along with her cousin Jung Hoseok back in Gwangju, she always struggled with dancing, both her cousin and uncle(father's friend) were very good in dancing,but she was only good enough. When she got older by the age of 10 back in 2005 she succesfully helped her father compose a song called "Balloons" after suggesting it's tittle and concept, it will of course be used by SM since her father is a producer in the company.
Since she showed that she really has the gift for music her parents was already expecting that she would eventually audition for a company and they were right, She was still 11 but she auditioned in JYP, she was not accepted because she was too young then, she tried the following year in 2007 she was already 12 but JYP still rejected her. 2008 came and she helped composed another song yet again, along with DBSK's Changmin they wrote the korean lyrics for "Love in the Ice"Although she didn't fully write the song she helped him make the chorus part, she was 13 and she auditioned one last time in JYP, she also tried auditioning at the same time for smaller companies like Woolim Entertainment and Dream Tea Entertainment. Dream Tea Entertainment called her up first that she was accepted into the company as a trainee, but actually she was also accepted in Woolim and JYP. But she choose to stay with Dream Tea Entertainment were she trained for 2 years from 2008-2010
When she was in Dream Tea, she was very young then but she had full of promise. She was eventually choosen back in 2009 to be part of the girl group Girl's Day that will debut the following year in 2010. In 2009 she composed her own song for the time, her first Japanese song "Share The World" she was very proud of this composition because aside that she composed everything of it is also written in Japanese it was choosen to be part of one of her favorite anime One Piece. Her happines was short-lived because of DBSK/JYJ lawsuit, her groupmates in Girl's Day helped her get back to her usual self. She decided that she won't get affected and focus on her future with Girl's Day.
She debuted almost debuted in 2012 with 4 other girls to replace the member who left in GSD, she was still 15 this time. She was happy with Girls Day, she was indeed friends with her Unnies but she was unhappy with the concepts they were given, they were given cute concepts. She was longing for artistic freedom, she often rebeled during schedules she often talks back to the manager until finally in October of 2012 she was pulled out of Girls Day, her co-members in Girls Day let her go to follow what her heart wants.
She left Girls Day without debuting after 2 years, originally she was going to take on a hiatus and go back to US. She saw how Hoseok is trying his best to be able to debut in Bighit Entertainment, she also saw that Yunho and Changmin are trying to get back to their feet. She decided that she should find her own place as well. The following month in November she decided to write once again, even if it pains her to write a song for just the 2 members of DBSK she wrote the Japanese lyrics of "Catch Me" used as the groups comeback in Japan in 2013, By this time she was finally offered by SM to train with them. It was a gamble, SM doesn't usually give their artists the musical freedom but she accepted the offer and by December 2012 she officially became a trainee of SM.
TRAINEE LIFE:
she started training in late 2012 and a lot of people already recognize her, she was a daughter of one of the producers in SM Jung Jaejin, she was also the niece of Yunho(they aren't really related bu Yunho claims her to be his niece), she used to visit SM as a little kid and she has already worked for SM as a composer. She didn't have a hard time befriending the staff. She has a very bright personality too, it didn't take her a hard time to find friends, she was closest to one of the idols Amber because they were both english speaking, Amber usually tends to befriend english speaking trainees, She was also close to Wendy a fellow trainee because they have the same personality and they were kindred spirits.
Her past didn't escape scrutiny of others, people do recognize her as the almost former member of GsD "Jihae". Since she was promoted as the member to replace the one who left GsD but she pulled out at the last minute. People will often talk behind her back that she's a traitor to her old group, she's using her connections in SM to get famous fast. They weren't aware about how much hardwork she has placed into her craft. She even stopped going to highschool after being placed as a member in GsD she wants to focus on her work. Despite all the back-biting she didn't mind them that much because their people who backed her up.The new found friends she made SM. There is one particular girl Micha who has a rather sharp tongue, she always defended Yoonjae from those who say bad things about her.
Yoonjae did her best in training in SM, having an experience as someone who was about to debut before didn't mean she didn't try to improve herself, She devoloped her versatilty in singing while she was in SM and She eventually improved in Dancing, Dancing was her weakness, in early 2013 Yoonjae was sent to America to develop her dancing skills for a month under the direction of some famous choreographers like Ian Eastwood. It was in America were she met Jeon Jungkook who also happened to be a groupmate of her cousin Hoseok in BTS, they would debut very soon. After a month they kept in touch and became close friends, they would meet again when Yoonjae finally went back to school (but there relationship would be explained in the love interest section XD)
When she went back to Korea, she was placed into SM Rookies she was eventually given work to do she was asked to sing for the OST for the drama Mimi. This was her first time be a recording artist, she didn't know however the following year she would debut as a member of Red Velvet.
