What is even happening... O_O

So. To update you all, I'm not talking to my crush anymore. Sorry to dissappoint you! But well, one of my best friends told me he knows my crush's ex-gf, and apperantly he's not a nice guy with girlfriends and my friend says not to date him since he doesn't want to me to get hurt. :/

Well... that's okay. Because guess what. A guy I met yesterday (a friend of my other best friend's bf) has a crush on me! Like omg! He's really nice and he likes rock/metal music and a few of the same bands I like. XD And he texted me! XD

I kinda feel like screaming and running around all over again haha. Really, a few months ago I was an ugly freak with no friends, and now, I have really great best friends and a boy has a crush on me! I'd never believe this would happen XD

Another thing I have to tell you... I officially ditched my ex-best friend today. It's been almost 5 months since she last spoke to me, I don't know why, I didn't do anything wrong. But oh well. Life moves on, and today I deleted her number from my phone and told myself that's it, we're not friends anymore. I think it's a good thing though, earlier today I was thinking and I realised, for 2 out of the 3 years we were best friends, I was really depressed. But since I haven't talked to her, I've been much happier to be honest. :)

Ah, I'm sorry to ramble on so much haha. Hugs and cookies for ya <3 *hugs you* *gives cookie*

That's how I felt with 2 of my ex-best friends. I ditched them and I instantly felt better because they would constantly put me down.

I ship it.
I can relate with the best friends thing. I've known mine for 7 years, the first 2 years were good but it all went down hill (She's 2 years younger than me). She practically abuses me, verbal and emotional. She'll use me to do her homework and always partners up with me so I can do the work and she gets credit too even if she didn't do anything except Pinterest.

This year I blew up at her for ditching me 3 days before the Science Fair with nothing done. She said she would do stuff but she did nothing. Now, she's kissing and we're friends again.... She'll do little nice things and I'll forgive her.

I don't think this is healthy, but she won't leave me alone.... What do I do? It's an unhealthy cycle and I feel like this can lead to a future relationship with an abusive boyfriend or something... And I'm rambling, sorry I've just haven't talked about it with anyone. (Shrinks into hole)

*eats cookie* An important thing to know is that best friends are not permanent. Friends in general aren't permanent. So while it's great to have them, it's also important to know when to let them go. If they return as your friend, then you know. All things in life, come and go, you just have to know who is worth your time.

Hello, I believe this is the first time I'm commenting on your blog post.

It's great that your best friend has warned you about your crush. Best to avoid these type of boys before they could break your heart.

Sonya Parker once said, "Bad relationships are like a bad investment. No matter how much you put into it you'll never get anything out of it. Find someone that's worth investing for." I am glad that you're letting that chapter of life go. By leaving her behind, you're moving on and I am happy for you. It is clear that you're happier now, and her being your friend isn't a good influence. Hope you'll stay close to your other best friends! (sorry for the long comment.)

Peace.
