Idol Life

I am constantly on a schedule,

With four hours to no sleep,

Being able to sing is always essential.

Things I buy are always high priced, never cheap.

I am seen on stage, singing the lyrics I made.

I enjoy hearing millions of fans scream my name.

This is the dream, I hope I never fade.

Dealing with the paparazzi every day,

But I only want to be who I am, myself.

Not somebody they see, a fake.

My question is to you who read this short poem.... I had to write something some kind of poem for my class. This is what came to my mind first. Think about an Idol, whats the first thing that comes to your mind? Do you think of your favorite Idol, An Idol you know about and love, do you think of an Idol you dont like? What about those who deserve recognition and you think they're not getting what they deserve? Everytime people hear the word Idol they have hundreds of thoughts... My first one was their fans, I think about how hard the Idols try to be different and be role models hopefully good ones for their FANS! But when I think of these same fans words like conflict, misunderstandings and problamatic come to mind, I admit that some fans arent this way, but we all have our nitpicks about someone. My rule is to not say it outloud, but lately things have been getting really out of hand. Idols have been injured due to fans of other Idols, Idols have had the paparzzi dig through their PERSONAL lives just to get some and dare I say it 'good' news that anyone would find interesting something to talk.... no gossip about. The way I see it Idols are all just another human being, but they are chasing after their dreams making it happen, they start doing what they love and love that a whole lot of people love them, but the scariest thing to someone can be something they love. The hate commets that leave scars, the moments where they can even be an accident on stage, on the road or during practice and be seriously injured, or worse. Most times after those accidents happen people feel regret about things that were said, the comments the had written, those smiteful and hateful words and actions they had done. I can't fathom why the idea that if they do it and feel guilty later they are gonna feel sorry but not quit.... I can't understand why fan's ever enjoy the music they love or decide if the don't like music, but saying it outloud in a manner that holds none seems pretty meaningless if you can't have an open mind to other kinds, tastes or types of music. I listen to so many Idol groups, If I named them all you probably wouldnt recognize half even though they are all KPOP artists. I try to find so many groups and music to listen to even those groups before I was born and there are a few. I love music, and the ones I don't well I just don't listen to it over and over and find faults instead I learn about the songs, sooner or later I have come to love those groups more then I could even imagine. Seeing them outside or off stage in their own little world with their smiles, enjoying their WORK yet also their DREAM is the best thing in the world. They have friends who support them, you should always surrond yourself with those who support you and love you the most. And I sincerly hope that Idols one day won't hide their relationships or their true selves just to make certin people happy, I hope those IDOLS never lose their amazing and inspiring SMILES that helped me smile through my hard times. Their laughter and happiness from each and EVERY idol regardless of what group they come from or what company they come from dont matter. As long as they love what they are doing and always have their beautiful true smiles throughout the time they live their dreams Ill be even more excited and willing to chase mine. JUDGE ME! I dont care.

If you thought I was done I am not. Idols are people too not pupets. JUDGE ME! I love all idols equally and their music regardless of genre. JUDGE ME! I am not afraid to chase my dream and fight for the ones I support and care about. JUDGE ME! I want you guys to pass on the support not to your favorite idol only but to those who strive for their dream, and who put their all into what they want to spend their life doing.
