Question to all editors!

So, I have a question. I like to do posters, backgrounds and videos (mostly on Instagram or vine). I don't have a schedule for posting things which makes me wonder if I'd been able to keep up if I was to join a request shop? So to everyone out there who's doing this kind of stuff. Any encouraging words? Suggestions? Tips on shops that would bring me in? Tips in general?

Generally, when you join (or apply for) a shop, they give you a request or let you pick one.
There is usually no deadline for any specific request, the owners will just tell you and everyone working in that shop when all the requests must be completed. But you can finish a request and send it to the owner anytime between the present time and the due date.
That's how it usually is, but some shops differ. Sometimes they don't have a due date or so.
So you can work at your own pace.
