Haneul isn't the most model like person you'll ever meet. In fact, she's a very simple and minimalistic person. However, she is thoroughly satisfied. Haneul is most probably the most optimistic person you'll ever meet. She's very open towards new ideas and is a very outgoing person. She doesn't know the definition of stress or even the plain idea of being sad - but if she does, then she's hiding it well. Her biggest phobia is her irrational fear of cats, but otherwise she's never afraid to try anything new. She's a very loud person - a person you definitely want to invite to every party and what's better than a good speaker and a good listener at the same time? Not only does she express herself in real life, she enjoys texting people with emojis and hearts. She carries her phone everywhere because she feels the need to capture every memory. To her, not everything comes to her twice, thus her appreciating a lot of things. Her hobby? It's none other than to smile. Jongin is a very playful person, and an even more playful boyfriend at that. However, he works hard to get to where he is now and is still constantly doing so. He's a very jealous person but becomes very oblivious when it comes to his natural flirty aura. He talks as if he's the biggest idiot in front of s but is probably the cheesiest dork Haneul has ever known when they're all alone. He loves initiating skinship, and is very stubborn at times.

They met through a mutual good friend who is none other than Do Kyungsoo. While majority of the exo members first found Haneul to be a little too talktative, Jongin was the only one who found her to be cute and so have been initiating a relationship since then. It started from asking for her phone number while pretending that it was a dare. It led to late night text messages and what was first thought to be a playful, friendly and harmless relationship then blossomed as Jongin took it to the next level by asking Haneul out. They have been, and currently, dating for almost two years now and no one knows but themselves, oh and also their nosy members. They are celebrating their second anniversary on the same day as Haneul's birthday this year and are mostly going strong. Sometimes, Haneul gets pretty jealous at the collaborations Jongin has to bear with. He's a main dancer and a charmer at the same time after all, so it isn't a surprise that Jongin easily gets all the numbers of the girls he wants. Haneul isn't exactly the one to properly hide her jealousy either and while sometimes Jongin finds it cute, some other times a big fight can break out. However, nothing like a good night's rest can fix their relationship. Both apologize quickly the next day and their trust  is possibly one of the big factors why they're still going strong. During busy months, like when they have tours to attend and whatnot, they exchange phone calls at least twice a day - Jongin's rule.
