APPEARANCE » YunSim really likes to dye her hair to look more European, she really likes bright colors and is most of the time blond. She can also have three earrings on her left ear and two on her right ear. Because she's a sport lover she has some little scars on her legs ans arms, but they're not so serious scars. She has never been to the hospital in 20 years but she had to go recently (developed in her background).

STYLE »  YunSim style is quite unique and very simple at the same time, in fact she really likes original clothes but she'll never wear them (instead of being obliged to) because she thinks it won't suit her well. She prefers covering her legs, which have been hurt many times thanks to her activities, with pants and long pullover. To resume with few words, she fits very well Rapmonster's ideal type who prefers someone with very simple clothes, just a jean, a t-shirt and converses. Her outfit matches her mood of the day, if she wakes up easily and with a bright smile, than she'll wear bright colors and funny or somehow cute clothes, on the contrary if she hadn't a restful night she'll wear dark clothes and covers her head with caps or hoods.

“ This is me ! “ YunSim is very often describe as someone who is unique, in fact she's very concentrate in every serious moment of her job and when it's time to rest, she's totally different and became humorous and quite dorky, she absolutely loves pranks and jokes. The fact that she's been living in England for 7 years helped her to be more and more open-minded and that's why she loves to talk with adults and discuss about very serious subjects such as politics or even environment. Basically YunSim is very cheerful, her bright personality helped her to make friends quite quickly.

“ The more you stay healthy, the more you'll succeed” Because of her very strong sporty and competitive spirit, YunSim is someone who's very dynamic but also very disciplined. She likes to take risks thanks to her love for traveling and her adventurous spirit, but when it's time to be serious, YunSim follows the orders and shows a very mature and silent personality. When she isn't focusing on something, she used to move a lot, which is quite annoying for some people.

“ Responsibilities are the beginning of real life” Because YunSim was the only child in her family, she started at a young age to have responsibilities, such as taking care of her pets, taking care of the house when her parents weren't at house and so on. In England she had to live by herself while studying and working as a baby-sitter to earn money. Because she started very young to act like an adult, she became more and more confident in herself and also charismatic.

“ Imagination is life “ YunSim was a girl very creative since a very young age. She used to do painting when she was a baby, she continued painting and drawing until she became 10. After that YunSim started to write words, sentences and poems. She was very concentrate in it and was looking for many vocabulary as she can by looking in a dictionary. She kept all her poems in a very secret book she never showed to anyone and continued to write some others even if now she's more writing lyrics for songs she composes.

“ If you don't work for the others, work at least for you “ Because she really wants to prove that she's a talented rapper, she used to overwork herself and become stubborn when things aren't going the way she wants. YunSim is determined to make everything perfect and most of the time her perfectionist personality brings her to hurt herself in order to work harder to improve her work. Being sadistic with herself is the only way for YunSim to motivate her to work better. One point of YunSim's personality yhat she really want to change is her childish personality when things aren't going the way she wanted to go. In fact, in order to obtain what she wants she'll annoy the other adults or her teammates to make things better. She knows how to argue but the way she does it annoys everyone, even herself, she uses a high tone to make sure the others are listening to her and she'll act like a child by hitting the ground with her feet. She's absolutely ridiculous when she acts like that and most of the time things never change because of the non-serious way she used in order to make her understand by the others.

“ Youth ”
YunSim is the one and only child of the Kang family, she's considered as a gift from God because her mother had medical issues that doesn't permit her to have a baby, she's their miracle. Her parents thought she was mute because she didn't speak until the age of 7 without any reason, YunSim's way to relieve her from stress was painting and drawing, because nobody could understand her very well. It's approximately when she was 7 that her teachers found out that she was very clever and staying in a normal school wasn't a good idea for her because she would probably have personal issues because of her difference. But YunSim didn't want to change school, she wanted to stay with her boy friends that were the only ones accepting her to play sport and games at school. Since a very young age YunSim liked sports and hanging out with many boys, young girls weren't gentle with her and were always thinking about their dolls. YunSim grew up very well, she developed an interest in classical music and laws. Her family's dogs were the ones YunSim talked a lot with because she didn't want to worry her parents about some problems at school.

“ Welcome in Hell “
But when she turned 12, everything she knew disappeared. She was at school, during an history class and the teacher was speaking about the beginning of WWII with Hitler's totalitarian system in Germany and the Shoah and said something very hurtful about the Jews. YunSim, who were very interested in justice and laws, replied back in order to make the teacher apologize for what he said, but the teacher didn't apologize. She went to the principal's office during lunch time and started to argue with the principal about her teacher's fault in front of his students. The principal understood what YunSim wanted form her teacher and made him apologize, but after that, her classmates started to talk behind her back in a very hurtful way. They all started to discriminate YunSim who became lonely just few days later, she was too different from them, she was too much mature for them to understand her. YunSim felt very hurt since this episode, and her parents didn't want her to suffer more than this, so they decided to send YunSim in another country were she could express herself freely. She went to England to finish school there and came back at the age of 19. Her 7 years in England were the best for her because that was when she became open-minded and when she listened to Epik High a lot, thanks to them she came back in Korea in order to become a rapper who can express her feelings about society and many other subjects she likes.

“ The new beginning “
She trained for a year and a half in SM but because she lacked a lot in singing, she auditioned at Big Hit and that was when she met BTS' future members, Rapmonster, J-Hope and Suga. She became very close to them thanks to her point of view of the society and music in general, especially with Rapmonster who became her bestfriend very quickly. And because she was trainee at Big Hit, she could also met JYP's trainee, like Jackson and Mark who she could talk a lot with because they can speak english. Thanks to Rapmonster, YunSim met a lot of other rappers, idols and underground rappers and became very close to Bang YongGuk with their very close opinions about life and politics. She considers YongGuk as a “Hyung” because she doesn't fell girly when she's with him, she's like a young boy in her universe.

JB and YunSim met thanks to Jackson and Mark. It was a very sunny day of August 2013 and Jackson and Mark were enjoying their last few days before starting to work very hard for their debuts in GOT7. YunSim met them in a skate-park because she wanted to show Mark how good she became in skateboard in only one week. Sporty, competitive and stubborn, she challenged Mark for a race in the skate-park, he agreed of course. YunSim were about to win the race when she bumped into JB who were secretly watching them, she lost the race and yelled at JB for making her loose a competition. And that's how their strange relationship started. JB always felt sorry about that race even two years later while YunSim forgot about it almost the day after … He was scared of YunSim for about a whole month but when she strated to prank him they became very good friends. It was their differences which helped them to become closer, she can't sing, he can, he can't rap, she can, he tried to learn more vocabulary in english while she tried to improve her dancing and b-boying skills. JB is one of the rare persons to know about her illness (Rapmonster knows it too) and without her knowing, he tries to find a cure for her because he really likes her voice and doesn't want it to disappear. Yunsim is older than JB by only few months but he never calls her “noona” naturally, he likes to call her “Simsim” or even “Nora's mother” because she loves her cat, when he calls her “noona” it's only on purpose, to make a joke. They're very comfortable each other and most of the time when they're with people who don't know them very well they always think that JB and YunSim are brother and sister, the skinship between them is very natural, as if they were siblings or even two boys. Everyday they messaged each other about the day and when JB has free time they often hangout with YunSim's dog and walk next to the Han River. YunSim supports a lot GOT7 and she likes to surprise them by being from time to time at their fanmeeting (she knows "Girls Girls Girls" and "Stop Stop It" dances )
