I was browsing through my collection of Sparkling Magazines, a magazine here in my country dedicated to all Kpop lovers, when I saw an article which features fanfiction and everything every newborn ( my term for new kpop lovers) to know about the exciting world of Kpop. They were discussing about parallel universe, other terms used on every story and they mentioned two sites to where you can find Fanfictions. Guess what? Dear Asian Fanfics was there… haha… a comprehensive site to see great fics. I got so excited and literally screamed to my heart’s content.

I really don’t know if this entry is about the magazine of Aff being featured. I should gather my thoughts properly. Anyway, let me tell you about my favorite magazine in the world... yes… goodbye Vogue and Candy…. Sparkling is my new love. Haha.

As I said before, this magazine is especially dedicated to Kpop lovers like me and when I say Kpop lovers, it’s all in. From Cassiopeia to ELF and to all the fandom you could possible think of. It also features a bit of Jpop.

What’s good about this mag is that aside from our idols, they also give tips on how to spend good time in Korea. Yes, my lovelies, they give us the good spots, bars, clothing shops, beauty shops (!), Beautiful sets from dramas and great food shops plus beauty tips. They also feature cheap flights and hotels. Sounds good? (I really need to save).  They also teach us how to prepare ourselves when our idol visits our country… Dos and Don’ts and what to bring as in seriously. And oh, did I mention that they also teach us how to send gifts to love idols properly? As in the right way? Haha… I learned how to make my very own Gu Jun Pyo doshirak because of this mag. Cool right? And don’t forget those fan accounts that made my drool in jealousy >.<

So everything you need to know about Kpop and Korean is in this magazine and it is so affordable.

The first issue I got was a special collector’s edition with 2pm and 4 minute (yes, back to back cover). The second one featured Kyu Jong and Young Saeng of SS501 when they visited the country. 2Ne1 was on the back cover with an exciting story inside. And the latest has Block B on the cover and guess what…. KIM HYUN JOONG! Yup… the lovely Hyun Joong.

But what’s making me oh so giddy is the fact that the new issue will be released on the 15^th of January. (yup, Yup) and the cover is…. Are you ready? TVXQ!!!!!!!! ( insert glass breaking squeal here) haha…. Lucky Pinoys…..
