Hanseul only wears oversized shirts and sweaters-- or at least shirts with sleeves on them. She is not much of a girly girl and prefers to keep it that way. She thinks that male clothing is much more better than of the female clothing. Her wardrobe is mostly composed on grayscale colors and a few yellows and greens too. She never wears heels unless she is required to. She has combat shoots and sneakers inside her closet which she usually wears on a daily basis. She keeps her hair short most of the time and since she is too lazy to comb it, she will just pair it with one of her hats so that it will look tidy at least. She has about thirty hats which is more than the pair of pants she has. She also lkes wearing necklaces with different pendants such as black crosses or black stars on them.  She has two piercings on her right ear and one on her left.She rarely wears dresses unless there is an event in which they have to dress up formally. hanseul is total dork. She is a very happy person which makes people irritated because of her over optimistic attitude. She laughs at the slightest things and she also tends to make a fool out of herself--sometimes accidentally, most of the time on purpose. If something is to plain and boring, expect Hanseul to be the one to bring the mood in the situation. She is also very sweet and charming. She thinks of others before herself and she makes sure that a day won't pass without her seeing them smile. She is the group'svitamin even thoughshe sometimes cannot e her own vitamn. She likes to initiate skinship often but gets flustered when someone else is initiating it. She is very loving to otwards other people. She loves acting like a younger or an older sister to them. People would say that it's almost impossible to see her frown because she always has a stupid grin on her face. She is open to doing aegyo but she easily gets embarrassed afterwards.

They say the happiest people are the saddest. That goes true for hanseul as well. She is really sensitive when people judg eher for the smallest things like how she isn't as talented or as attractive as the other members. She is also against the thought of being alone. She makes sure that there is at least one person who will spend their time on her. She is very impatient when it comes to waiting. She is tends to take the blame on herself way too much. (even if it's not her fault) She is also very clingy which comes off as flirty but all she really needs is a friend. She cannot lie to save her life. If you ask her for he truth, she will give it to you without thinking about the possible consequences.

She grew up without meeting her father. She knew why she shouldn't ask since her mom did mention that she had fell in love for a man who already has his woman and children. She was born out of an affair. She had to live her whole life being criticized for having no father. She was also easily picked on by kids at her school because she was not the type of person who  would fight back to save themselves. Her mother's fmily did not accept her as well since her mother was actually arranged to marry a rich businessman whom would make the family's business grow and prosper. Her mother was still in the line for marriage and she soon accepted her fate.  The new head of the household was not much of a fan of the idea of having a daughter that did not come from his own blood. He was not too shallo to have ually abused her but instead, he treated her like a maid. Her mother was not ware of that since she was too focused on bringing a male heir for that man. She was always the one doing the manual labor around the house and even upon getting sick, her mother did not even spare her the time for her to get wwell. She felt unloved and she knew that she had no more meaning to this family. She did her best to investigate on who her biological father was. She did not intend acceptance from them but she just wanted to let him now that a Hanseul existed in this world.Her father actually lived just a few streets away from them and upon explaining it to him and his legitimate son who was present at that time, all she received was rejection from her fther. It was painful yet she expected it anyway. The younger choi came up to her and expressed his apologies. Unlike his father, he was open to having an outside sibling. This boy's name was Choi Youngjae, yes. He is the main vocalist of the rookie group GOT7

They tried to remain in contact with one another but chose to remain civil.She traveled to Seoul with her brother to find a good job for the both of them. They shared a small apartment together and slowly, Hanseul felt the happiness returning to her system. Her brother becme a trainee at JYP Entertainment and she also managed to land a trainee contract with the company. Unlike her brother, she had to go through a longer training time.It was a kick to her ego when after experiencing extreme training and numerous bullying from her trainees, she was told that she would not be able to debut any time soon. It was then when she told her brother that she planned to go on a separate path from him. She also explained to him that it would be a wise idea to hide the fact that they were siblings. Youngjae was the younger of the two but he was more stable than Hanseul. He knew that she was trying to protect it and he made a vow to himself that he will be returning the favor soon in the future.She had pondered on changing her negative attitude since she assumed that it was why JYP Entertainment decided that she wasn't ready for the entertainment industry. She was determined to proe them wrong. She made a promise to herself that from that day on, she would attack life in a positive view.

She had searched and tried other companies and it was really hard for her to land a job. This was the time where she started her life as an underground rapper. She was not the best but the thrill of competing or simply enjoying the art of rap with the people who had the same interest as her was enough to keep her distracted from her dilemma for a moments time. She met a few people in the underground community who had helped her hone her skills more and open up her eyes to different views of life through expression. She was almost convinced that she was made only to shine in. She had learn that most of those whom she met in the community also had experiences from which they got their inpspirations from but she knew that this was not the wy she wanted to live. She wanted to change  . She then tried and hoped for the best at BigHit Entertainment. She gave in all her efforts and impressed the judges with her talents. She became a trainee in 2012 and she is still training as of the present. Before the project, her trainee life was still just as hard. When the other female trainees found out that she was technically kicked out of JYP Entertainment, they sted giving her negative comments on how she will never ever get to debut in the entertainmnt industry with that kind of history. They were probably right but she aimed to prove everyone's assumption wrong. She showed the managers of the other groups held by the company that she was better than how people described her. She was happy whenever she felt her body move to the beat and her oice sing to the songs which she just used to. She would aalways remind herself that all she had to do was to be happy and learn how to augh at herself when times are rough..
