My little rant.
Working out everyday make me exhausted.
I sleep early everynight to make sure my diet is success.
I already lost 6kg since I start exercise 18 feb this year.
Diet is the hard part. I need to watch the carb I ate. No Sugar. No chocolate TT_TT No more my favorite ice-cream.
If I know how hard it is to be on diet, I would take care of my weight. >.<
Theres a lot of reasons why I should lose weight.
first. I need to be healthy and take care of my body.
Second, my doc advice me to lose some weight if I want to have a babies.
Please support me guys. Hope I can lose more 13kg to get my ideal weight.
