amitié just opened on the feb 14, so we have been up for two weeks and it's a success to have more than 100+ members
in 3-4 days. we've kicked out almost half of the population due to inactivity.. our activity checks are always based on interaction
with other members. we're still up and thriving though, we close applications from time to time for people to create a friendship with
a newcomer slowly; since having a member after member come will be kind of hard for others because they will be distracted
because of notifs and will end up forgetting replying to the others. 

but first.

we are a non-au based roleplay and we are very organized with things around, we have a news page for our idols and all
a group for games and variety shows; we treat our members here as our own children--  so informing them that it's highly encourage
to welcome new siblings is often seen here. we just need more parents to help us in helping these kids. yeah?

we're in need of experienced admins and isn't likely to be busy in real life. our head admin is going off to college and only comes on
once or twice a day so we really need help from experienced ones. someone who doesn't wait until the admin tells them what to do
because that is really idk--, we're starting on programs soon and many people have reserved  already and we haven't even officially
open the applications yet. 

we have many duties in this place because there's a lot of activities, and we need someone who can handle stress well because
trust me, having unorganized documents and no one to blame is not fun. but most of us are mainly ocd here, we need someone
who are good at interacting with members and just involve theirself in the admin convos, throw in suggestions here and there.
 

sigh. that would be really nice.
