She was born in a rich family in Paris, her father is French and a Lawyer and her mother is korean and a bussiness woman who is the maneger of vouge. Before she wanted to be an athelte and was also in the youth olympics (the same one as jackson) and represented for France in athletics and came 6th overall and first in 400m sprint. However, one day she got into an accident where the joint in her knee got displaced. She could still run Faster than normal people but she couldn't run competitively anymore. When she was really young, she used to be one of the popular girls who bully the unpopular, she used to scare everyone with her manipulation, frankness and money. She didn't care of the feelings of other people and only cared about herself and her loved ones. As she grew older, she did become more affectionate however, she is still the same. When she was 16(korean age), She and her family went to Korea to meet her mother's side family, which includes t.o.p, he told her to audition for yg and helped her prep for it since singing was always her second choice after running. She was instantly chosen after she auditioned and became an official trainee.

Melissa is the mood maker or mood breaker in iWon. She is really outgoing and comfortable to talk to wich makes her brighten any sad moods up. She is really passionate about her work since she failed on her first dream(running) she doesn't want this dream of hers to die too. When it comes to people she gets along with, she will do anything to protect and support them even if it means that she has to lie or pay money. This makes her very loyal and protective over her loved ones. However, Melissa is very spoilt and stubborn because her whole life has been revolved around money. This makes her money minded aswell because she thinks that money is the solution to everything and happiness. She is also very frank and opinionated in the sense that she has to be right and express how she feels even of people don't want her to - this is what makes her a mood breaker. Melissa is also a really big liar and is also really good at it. She lies often to protect herself or her friends and doesn't care about the consequences of it. Overall, Melissa is very unpredictable and is often called an onion because people say that whenever they think they know about her, she always shows new sides of her which they had never known about. This links to her being an onion because she always have new layers of her personality and lies. On stage, she has a lot of charisma and is known for her deep and husky voice when she sings. .

MEETING. Before they met, they knew about each other through rumours of B.I being a genius and an amazing leader however being scary and too blunt and Melissa being a stuck up . When they first met Melissa was paying an instructor to let her off a day of training since she wanted to go shopping. When she saw him, they knew exactly who each other was because of rumours. He approached to her and told her that he was going to tell YG and refused when she gave him money which was the first time it happened to her. In the end, he let her off because she pleaded which was also the first time. B.I's impression of her was that she was exactly what the rumoUrs said she was but that there is something else behind her mask. Melissa's first immpression of him was that he was different from all the other since he refused the money. Ever since then they both tried to avoid each other however fate somehow always brings them together e.g. They would somehow be on the same training studio.
