I posted it on Insta so that it would have a web url and it never did.

All that work... For naught...

Well, you can open insta in web. (link: instagram.com/YOURUSERNAME)
find the picture, click it! your post, comments and likes will appear. open the image in the new tab and done! there you go, the url. ^^
