Chapter 2
If Ever You Need Me, I'll Be ThereKibum wakes up to the sound of Jonghyun's soft voice drifting through their small apartment. He smiles, and then frowns. It was three in the morning; Jonghyun probably couldn't sleep. Kibum gets up, slipping on slippers and a hoodie and starts quietly making his way to the front room where he knows Jonghyun will be.
"Come here Bummie" Jonghyun called without turning to look at the boy.
"How'd you know I was coming?"
" Because I need you. And somehow, you always seem to know when that is."
Kibum shook his head. Jonghyun was something else. He made his to the couch where Jonghyun sat with his guitar in his hand. He took the instrument and laid it gently on the couch next to Jonghyun before curling into the man's lap.
"What's wrong yeobo?"
"I just need a hug."
Kibum laughed before wrapping his arms and legs around Jonghyun's middle and burying his face in the crook of his neck. He placed a kiss to the man's jaw. "I love you Jonghyun."
"I love you too Bummie."
