Can broken hearts be healed?

The appearance of a rose gives the impression of being delicate and fragile, yet its thorns can induce pain if one's hands are pricked by its thorns. A rose— a flower highly valued for its aesthetics— requires one to attend to its needs in order for it to flourish; nonetheless, even with care it is not everlasting. Every rose starts off beautiful but withers away as time goes by. That's how I perceive love; an action, a feeling, a commitment— a phase that doesn't entwine with the word forever.

Oh Hayoung, who vowes to never let another person in on her life, is trying her best to deal with heartbreak from her first love from three years ago. As she learns to let go of that pain and encounters new people, she finds herself feeling almost whole again. The past that she dwelled in misery for, although cannot be fixed, can be let go of. 

Characters:

 Oh Hayoung, a girl that once believed that true love does exist. She vowes to never fall in love again after being heartbroken by someone whom she basically entrusted her life to. With walls built, she is afraid of getting hurt for the same reason again. She has a sweet and considerate personality that she keeps hidden under her cold and distant character.

Oh Sehun, a boy that is loved by everyone. He is endeared by many because of his kind and thoughtful character. Although he is loved, he doesn't quite grasp the meaning of love itself as he has never experienced loving someone himself. 

 Song Dahye, the girl that is admired by every person that she passes by. Besides her good looks, she has an outgoing and flirtatious personality that can easily win the hearts of others. Depending on her mood, she can be the nation's number one sweetheart or the meanest chick in town.

 Son Dongwoon, the boy that can never be taken seriously. He is very outspoken and is known as the prankster among people who are close to him. Although he may give the impression of being immature, he really knows how to care for the people around him.
