Every couple goes through these stages to build a relationship. 

Stage One: The Meeting.

"We were strangers. Well, not exactly. We knew each other's names but this was our first proper meeting."

Stage Two: The Chase.

"All we wanted to do was know more about eachother. To spend time with what we saw eachother as: our everything. We were perfect in eachother's eyes."

Stage Three: The Honeymoon.

"This stage was perfect. We adored eachother and expressed our feelings to one another fully, now as a couple. It was a dream come true, the person we desired for, was now ours."

Stage Four: Comfortable.

"We were now comfortable with being ourselves. We took this stage for granted, causing distance to be created in the relationship. This distance was the bottom line for someone, they stopped trying. We weren't eachother's everything anymore."

Stage Five: Tolerence.

"We were once so crazy for eachother, now, we just weren't that special to eachother anymore. We were just tolerating eachother now. We argued. But we tried our best to save things."

Stage Six: Downhill.

"Our problems continued, our arguments unsolved. We were nearing the end of the this stage, entering the next."

Stage Seven: Breaking Up.

"We knew this was for the best. What happened after this stage though? We let the distance grow to make us, once again, strangers"
