A new year has come and I still have her. I looked at the girl in my kitchen preparing food for us.

“Heechul-ssi.” I was startled to hear a voice from below. “It’s been months since this cat arrived and I still can’t get used to him talking.” I shook my head and looked at the cat standing before me once again.

“Yes, Heebum-ssi?” I asked with the same respectful tone that he’s using to me ever since he arrived.

“What are you doing?”

“What? Um... I’m waiting for Jasmine to finish preparing.” I simply answered.

“Besides that.” I tilted my head, not understanding what he’s up to. Then he continued, “I mean this. It will soon be a year since Ha- Jasmine became your genie. You’re expected to give all three wishes in just half a year as the latest. But it’s already a year and you still haven’t told your last wish to her. You know about her past. Don’t do the same thing.” Heebum’s ice cold remark made me feel uneasy and caused me to stutter.

“Ya-YAH! I-I won’t l-li-like her like that!” I looked away. “Aish! Seriously!Kim Heechul! Why are you feeling nervous?! It’s not like you love her.” I mentally scolded myself.

“If you say so.” Heebum nonchalantly walked away.

“Master?” I looked back to the kitchen and saw Jasmine’s face just a few centimetres away. Her forehead is touching mine. Her round eyes are looking straight at me making my cheeks feel hot.

I immediately stepped back. “Ya-YAH!!!! JASMINE-AH! WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!” I couldn’t help myself to shout because of shock.

“Master Wae gurae?! I’m just worried because I heard you shout a while ago and I noticed your face is red.” She explained, a hint of irritation is heard.

“Nothing.” I softly answered. “Aren’t you done preparing yet? We should go now!” After I picked up my car keys, I headed towards the door. I heard Jasmine hurriedly follow after me. I’m already inside the elevator waiting for her and Heebum to come.

“Yah! Ppalli!”

“Coming!” Jasmine is struggling with the food basket, making her stumble good thing she’s already inside the elevator so I caught her and prevented her (and the food basket) from falling.

“Thank you Master.” She said, straightening off her clothes.

“Hm.” I nodded. The elevator ride from the 15^th floor ‘til the parking lot was silent. I couldn’t bring myself to start a conversation. “That cat made me feel uncomfortable!” I glared at Heebum through his reflection from the elevator door. When I heard the familiar ring of the elevator, I abruptly took the food basket from Jasmine’s hand and walked straight to my car.

I can tell that Jasmine isn’t following me. So I stopped to my tracks and looked behind me. “What are you waiting for?? We don’t have forever so you better hurry up!” I groaned at her which she was startled and answered a faint ‘yes’.

The whole ride to Gangwon-domade us exhausted but finally, we have arrived to our destination: Biryong Falls at Sokcho-si

Seorak-dong.

I glanced at Jasmine and she’s still sleeping, her head rested on the window.

“Genie-ah.” I softly shook her shoulders. But to no avail she didn’t moved even a flinch. So I leaned in and whispered to her ear “Haneul. We’re here.” And as expected, in a swift moment, her eyes opened widely.

“Oppa.” She said but when she looked at me, her eyes seemed disappointed. “Ma-master Heechul.” At some point, I felt hurt. ‘Didn’t I asked her before to call me oppa too?’

“Now you’re awake. Let’s go.” I pulled away from her and went out of the car.

“Where are we Master?” she asked, taking in the scenery.

“Biryong Falls.” I pointed at the sign just in front of my parked car. She made an “O” shape with .

“Why are we here Master?” she asked again.

“I’ll be examining this place for my next commercial location.”

“Then why did you bring us with you?” she tilted her head to the side, confused why I brought them here.

“This... I... I brought you here as my thank you for granting me my second wish.” I explained.

“Mm.” She simply nodded.

We went to the cabin that I booked.

“We’ll be staying here until tomorrow.” I announced. There are two beds in the cabin: One on the 1^st floor while the other one is at the attic. The cabin is good enough for two people.

“You take the bed upstairs with Heebum-ssi. I take this one.” I placed my bag on the bed while she and Heebum went upstairs.

“I’ll be taking a nap for a while. You better take one too.” I said closing my eyes.

“Yes Mater! And... Thank you. Heechul oppa.” A smile formed into my lips when I heard her call me oppa.

“Now she called me oppa.”

an update! XD but this is a short one.. I'll be updating soon for the part 2 of this trip.. hehe.. This is also my 1st time to use pictures on my fic.. ^^' Is it good with pictures or should I remove it?
