Kyungsoo understood that now was probably not the best time to change schools. He really did understand that, but this wasn’t just any school. This was Seoul’s Academy of Fine Arts. He had dreamt of going to this school since he was 10. The only thing that made him wait so long was that he didn’t feel… ready. He didn’t feel as confident in his ability as he should have been. But after many days of preparing himself, he was able to go to one of the auditioning days, and a week later he received a letter in the mail that congratulated him and announced that he could attend the academy as a senior.

His parents hugged him and told them they couldn’t be more proud of him. Kyungsoo was also pretty proud of himself as well. He decided that this school would be his new beginning. He had always been the “weird kid” of his school, but really, nothing was weird about him. He was quiet, enjoyed being alone, and he made excellent grades. But he decided that this time he would be more social. He knew he couldn’t exactly avoid the people in this school, considering that he would be sharing a room with another student and would also be in the music team of the school.

Kyungsoo was ready to face whatever came his way. He would complete his last year of highschool in one of the best schools in the country, then go to a good college, then graduate and get a good job. He would make his family proud. It was just going to be more difficult than he thought.
