Wolfgang Puck has set the standard of 'chef' high, and I completely agree with what is said about him. To be a chef, you must have the want to create multiple dishes. Not only do I have the drive to create new dishes, I also love to have criticism because that enables me to be better. I want to know what my customers think about my dish - is it wonderful? - is it beautiful? was there something wrong with the dish?
