Writer's Ink is a writing and reading community of AFF, made with the intention of increasing interaction between users of AFF. The general idea is to get people talking about their favorite fanfictions, while also critiquing and giving advice on other's works.

Writer's Ink is a mix of a book club and a writing club. Here you can talk about your favorite fanfictions, make new friends, meet fellow authors, and give and take critique. Participants will be put into group messages based on what they put on their applications.

Please subscribe to this thread so you can keep up with and follow everything. It would be nice if you would talk with other members outside of this thread/the group message, but it's not required. Nevertheless, you're still expected to be polite. This is a place for peer reviewing, not flames.

Every so often we'll have events, such as contests, a ldws, fic fests, Secret Santas. It's not required for you to join them if you don't want to, but highly encouraged. You may join Writer's Ink without joining the event, and you may join the event without joining Writer's Ink (though joining both is highly encouraged).

Everybody is accepted, given that you properly fill out the form. Applications are currently open and will remain open.

Form, what form? Yes, there's a form. You can find it on the side. It just asks basic information to put on the participants page. Once you're accepted, link this thread somewhere on your profile. You'll receive a PM from the base account informing you that you've been accepted.

However, even though everybody is accepted, you can still be kicked out if you break the rules or don't participate in any of the community's events (this includes the group chat). There's no point in joining if you won't ever be present.
