*4 years later*

The two are still bestfriends - they have graduated and now exploring the world of work.

The two just had their lunch outside and Donghae is walking Sooyeon towards her clinic

"See you later, 6!" 

"Yah oppa! Dont call me that, it sounds wrong" Jessica protested

"Oh come one, Sooyeon, I meant 6 pm" Donghae laughed as he ruffled her hair

Donghae had developed this habit of calling her 'Sics' when they were still in their specialization program - she wanted everyone to call her Jessica and it was going well not until she instructed him to do the same.

"Oppa!"

"Yes Sooyeon?" the lad smiled as he put his arm around her shoulder - something that seems to 'aww' their senior doctors

"I want you to call me Jessica"

"Too long, how about Jess or Sica?"

"Hmmmmm I'm fine with Sics" she hiccuped

"Sics, nice name" he laughed as he hugged her, his elbow resting on her shoulder while his hand were draped over her head, sort of a headlock really, but his own form of hug

"I meant Sics" she hiccuped again causing him to throw a fit of laughter

"I hate you" she pushed his arm away and walked out

"I'm just kidding" smiled as he went after her

"You better be" she playfully glared

"I am!"

"Sics" he added as he ran away from her

Right after Donghae graduated from his med proper, he took the physician licensure exam, passed, and practiced for one year before specializing in Surgery.

While Sooyeon specialized in Pediatrics right after receiving the result of the licensure exam, and now, the two are working at Seoul National University Hospital.

"Oh Aunt Sica is here" she heard someone say - a familiar voice she might add

"Oh my god unnie!" Sooyeon happily squealed as she hugged the older one

They did not see each other for 2 years, pretty much her whole residency period since Boa moved to San Francisco with Yunho for his business. 

"You two have a kid?" the two females looked and saw Donghae smiling at the little kid hiding between Yunho's legs

"No, this is Sung Woo, Soon Hwon hyung's child" Yunho answered while patting the other man on the shoulder twice

"We're not even married yet" the older female jokingly shoved Sooyeon's shoulder

"We thought you two abandoned us already" Sooyeon laughed 

"Oh hush" Boa genuinely smiled

"Sung Woo, that's Uncle Donghae and this is Aunt Jessie" Boa introduced them as she carried the 3 year old boy

"Say hi to them big boy" Yunho shuffled the kid's hair as he stood up

Sung Woo shook his head 'no' while looking down and extended his arms towards Yunho

"You're nephew likes hyung better than you" Donghae commented as he held the child's left hand

"Well he's taller" 

"Point taken" 

"Alright, I'm gonna go now, I have patients waiting" Donghae stated

"Oh, and Condu/Maam, 6 pm" he added, inviting the two over dinner before walking away

"Alright, I'll head inside now" Jessica smiled at the two 

"We have an appointment with you for this baby" Yunho informed as he patted the child's back

"Yeah sure"

"Good afternoon" Jessica smiled at the patients she passed through while going to her clinic

After a few patients, Yunho and Boa came in with Sungwoo ready for his flu vaccine

She did the normal check up and proceeded with his vaccine - as inidicated on his baby book written by his old pediatrician

Just as Sungwoo saw the needle he cried and held unto his Uncle Yunho

"It's alright baby" Boa his back as he hid his face on Yunho's chest

"It's not going to hurt" Jessica baby-talked the child but the child held on tighter 

"I'll carry him" Yunho offered as he took the child in his arms and just let him cry

"Dont inject me" he joked before hushing

With Yunho carrying and comforting the child and Boa just behind the man trying to make the kid laugh, Jessica cant help but comment, "You look like a family right now"

The two just laughed and Dr. Jessica proceeded with the injection

Then there goes the loud cry, the child wailing in his 'substitute dad's arms

"Awww, it's okay big boy, here's a lollipop" Jessica smiled as she gave the child sugar-free candy

"Thank you" Sungwoo whispered as he took the lollipop and settled his head on the male's nape

"Bye, see you later" Boa hugged her before going out to pay

After a few more patients, they were ready to go. Donghae is already inside her clinic waiting for her to finish organizing her stuff

"Alright let's go" she smiled as she grabbed her bag

"Ohhh my gift" he commented

"A very nice one" she smiled as she opened the sliding door with Donghae towering behind her

"And a very expensive one" he added, chuckling

"Worth it though" he commented as he saw her 'model' with it

"Yup"

"Let's go" he whispered as he put his hand on her waist and escorted her towards the elevator

"People might think we're dating" the lady softly stated as she removed his hand and held it for 5 seconds longer before letting go

"It's a possibility" he smiled

"Whatever" she chuckled as she went out and headed towards his car

"Could I change first?" she asked since she knows that their condominium is along their route

"Yeah sure, oh and please drop by my unit and get a handkerchief, I lost mine a while ago" he pulled over and gave her the key to his unit

"Why do you keep on losing your handkerchief?" she pouted before going out

"I'll wait here!"

"Okay!"

The lady changed into a simple yet elegant white dress before going to his unit to get his handkerchief, she was about to go down when she saw his dog bringing its food bowl towards her

"Aish, that Donghae" she mumbled as she filled the food bowl with the food pellets and settled it in front of the dog

Right after petting the dog for a few seconds, she washed her hands, entered his bathroom and fixed herself then went down

"What took you so long?" he kindly asked when she entered his car

"Your dog was hungry" she simply answered and was about to give him his request when she saw he was sweating a bit

"You are sweating mister" she informed before wiping his sweat with a tissue

"Thanks wifey" 

"Shut up" she heard him chuckle as she said that

"We're here" he mumbled as he helped her exit his car

"Reservation for Lee Donghae, please" 

"This way sir, maam" the waiter led them towards a table with two seats

"Oh I forgot, could you please get us a table with 7 seats?" Donghae requested

"Right away sir, please occupy this table for a while" the waiter politely remarked 

"Seven? Why seven?" lady asked 

"'Cause Sics then seven" he joked as he pointed towards her then towards a table

"Oppa" she whined 

"Just kidding, Siwon, Tiffany, and Heechul are coming too"

"Ohhhh Heechul" 

"He's gay" he immediately stated

"I know that"

"Then why are you excited?"

"Why are you jealous?" she teased as she held his hand and leaned forward

"You know, we're starting to doubt the two of you" they heard someone say

"Oh you're all here" Sica smiled

"Dont change the topic" 

"Well, it's a possibility" an ongoing joke the two started

'Well it really is a possibilty'
