in your story the hanahaki disease isnt harmless but i thought the flowers are supposed to fill the persons lungs up and they can actually die
are there different versions to the hanahaki disease?

Chapter 1: that thing jongin did on ksoos birthday, kissed him and then punched him and said sorry was unexpected. and it somehow changed my view of this story, like a clarity moment before I finally get hold of this story
