Snack Time and Meal Time
How To Care For Your Mini Topp DoggSnack Time
Make sure to give them plenty of snacks. Be wary of ice cream though, lest they start trying to be all y with it and/or begin shoving it in each other’s faces. Sorbet is better than ice cream. Only give them small snacks like baby goldfish, and ritz bits or nutter butter mini’s or other tiny snacks. Go easy on the sugar though because that can be a bad idea.
The best time for snacks is in mid afternoon, between lunch and dinner, although if they whine a bit after breakfast give them fruit. Withholding snacks is a good punishment if the boys are acting up because they'll just eat a meal in a few hours anyway. Alternate fruit and other healthy snacks with the less healthy ones to keep mini Topp Dogg at their best, and always include water, milk or juice. No soda or coffee at snack time; save them for lunch and dinner (or breakfast for coffee).
Meal Time
There has to be two seatings so that a giant food fight does not break out. This also may be the only time other than bedtime that they are so quiet. REMEMBER! They are tiny and cannot eat large things, so cut them up in small pieces. They really like meat but don’t give it to them too often. It will spoil them. Always feed Seogoong more portions because, as stated before, he gets mad when he is hungry. Only give them a mini Oreo or one sour patch kid (no matter how much they whine for another) for dessert. Try not to spoil them with dessert and only serve them one thing per day. They don't need a buffet of cookies and cakes to choose from. Also make sure to use fresh ingredients and feed them well, because they are growing boys and need a good meal. If you're a good cook they'll appreciate you all the more. Avoid coffee at dinnertime, unless it's decaf, otherwise the boys will be up late. Tea is always a good dinner beverage, but also is appropriate for snack time.
