Jessica POV

Another day of school! For me, it's much better now that I met Onew and the others. ^^

Everybody met at our usual spot.

Taemin: Sica-noona!! There's a dance on friday! Yay!!! And guess what?? Minho-hyungiee is taking me!!!

I laughed. Taemin as hyper as always.

Key and Jonghyun walked up smiling. 

Key: The dance? Oh ahha. 

Me: You're going with Jonghyun right?

Key shrugged.

Key: I don't know. He hasn't asked yet.

Jonghyun blushed and bent down on one knee in front of him and took his hand.

JJong: Bummie~, will you go to the dance with me?

Key turned crimson red and nodded.

Minho and Taemin started to laugh.

Taemin: *laughing* You're asking Umma to the dance not for him to marry you, silly dino.

Key: Minnie! Repect your elders. If you're going to call him dino then call him Dino-hyung.

Taemin: Neh Umma.

Key: Who are you going with Sica?

Me: I don't know. 

I glanced at Onew. I'm secretlly wishing that he would ask.

Onew: Jessica..

Me: Yes?

Onew: Would you like to go to the dance with me?

Me: I don't know..I don't have a dress. I don't have anything that has to do with fashion!

Key: Don't worry! I'll take care of that! Now you go say yes to Onew-hyung.

Onew looked hopfully at me.

Me: I would love too.

He smiled and hugged me.

My stomach flipflopped and there were butterflies.

Is this what love feels like?

~RING DING DONG~

That was the bell! Gotta get to class!

 

After school~

Key ran up to me.

Key: Come by my house any time arasso? We could go shopping for your dress!

Me: Neh. Kamsamnida. ^^

I walked home.

Onew asked me to the dance with him ~ Sigh~ <3

I opened the door to my house.

Stepmom: SICA!!!! YOU GET YOUR UNGRATEFUL HERE AT THIS MOMENT!!!!

I flinched at her voice and ran to her.

Me: You called?

Stepmom: How many times do I have to tell you to respect your better?

I glared at her.

Me: Although you are richer and have more power, you are not my better! How many times do I have to tell you that?

Stepmom: There's a dance on friday and don't you  even think of going. I have chores planned for you that day and you have to help my darling angels get ready.

Her "darlings" are my stepsisters. Jia and Fei. More like "devils".

How am I suppose to go with Onew then?

I looked at the chores list for that day.

Clean out the ashes, scrub the floor, scrub the sidewalk? Bwoh?? She must be really desperate to make me stay at home.

Crazy.

After doing my daily chores and finishing my homework, I walked to Key's house.

I rang the door bell.

Key opened the door.

Key: Sica!

Me: Hey Key! I have a problem. :/

Key: What is it?

Me: My stepmom won't let me go to the dance. She's making me stay home and do crazy chores such as scrub the sidewalk.

Key his diva mode.

Key: *diva pose* How dare she? Who does that women think she is? Hm...I know! I'll give you a total makeover that they wont reconize who you are! And you can return home from the dance at 12:00 and do your chores. Sorta.

I nodded.

Me: Sounds like a good plan.

 

 

Onew POV

At Minho's house~

JJong: Congrats bro. You got a date with Sica-noona.

I smiled.

Me: I have a little problem. :/

Minho: Huh? What is it?

Me: I want to look good! It's my first date so yeah. I want my tux to match her dress but I have no idea what color it is.

JJong: *snickers* Don't worry, Key is taking care of Sica-noona so I can ask Key.

Me: I nodded.

Then they wrote down a list of do's and don't's for a first date.

 

List of Dos and Don'ts for First Date

Do make eye contact.

Do compliment her.

Do laugh at her jokes.

Do give a confirmation call before!

Do be yourself!

Don't talk on the phone.

Don't be late.

Don't be too direct/agressive.

Do be prepared to take care of yourself.

Don't drink to much.

Do have fun!

I folded the paper up. I'm going to need alot of luck for this date.
