JUNG Seo Eun was on her way to Seoul from Jeju Island. On her way, she had a strong need to go to the bathroom so she makes an unexpected stop -- to an unknown place named Phantom City. A city for the dead whom died with regrets. How a living 17-year old girl got there is a mystery.
There, she meets B.I, a quiet, shy, kind, and sweet boy who was brutally murdered after watching his younger sister die. Most people would wonder why he's still kind and sweet after going through an experience like that. He remains kind and sweet because his little sister always scolded him for being scary and mean to others.
Jung Seo Eun also meets iKON; a 7-member group full of handsome, dead guys. Very nice, outgoing, and funny (except one) for dead people. Members consist of Jinhwan, Yun Hyeong, Bobby, B.I, Dong Hyuk, Jun Hoe, and Chan Woo.
Little did Seo Eun know that in iKON, she has an older brother whom she never met due to parents divorce and she is somehow related to B.I's murderer.
