It's the year 2079. A world wide war has been going on for a long time. No one knows when it will end. Half of the world's inhabitants has already been annihilated, and of the few that are left, a small handful of them have good hearts. The rest are vicious, murderous soldiers who stalk the land searching to stop those with beating hearts. This is a war of technology and wits, trust and betrayal, life and death, willpower, and heart. No one can trust anyone unless you've known them long enough. You have to keep watching your back. You don't know who's watching or listening. Friends will be lost. All sense of humanity will be totally lost, unless you are strong enough to hold on to your sanity. Krystal Jung is one of the few that's left...and with a dog named Key, the only living being she can trust in this deadly desolate world called Earth.
