Meet the hero, Huang Zitao.

Zitao is always famous for having so many friends – he’s so popular, and his friends are literally everywhere. From the school es, the fashionista and shopaholic girls, normal girls, nerdy girls. He’s more often seen with girls on his side chatting some casual talk, but that doesn’t mean he’s more on the feminine side.

He is the school’s basketball club’s vice captain and an active player of the soccer team, and he plays awesomely. He is also close with the leader of the naughty kids in the school, with the sporty guys, and the smartypants guys.

He is admired by many, but many people are often feel somehow confused about his life.

Because Tao has never had a girlfriend in his life.

Nor a boyfriend.

Actually Tao is more than fed up by the questions who is your girlfriend? to do you even fall in love? to its okay if you actually like a boy, we’re still your friends, just who the do you like? to Tao, when will you bring someone home?

The last question was asked by his mother, several months ago.

It’s not that he is afraid of commitments or afraid of falling in love, it’s just he is never feel.. attracted.

If the school es talk to him about their recent crushes, he will be all ears and nodding, saying yes, he’s so handsome.

If the captain of the soccer club talks to him about his newest girl, he will listen to the story and look at the photo and says, yes, she’s beautiful.

But somehow, handsome and beautiful has never successfully attracted him. He has never had a crush before and he just doesn’t care.  

Of course, at first, he cares. He asked his dad about it when he first hit puberty and he didn’t like anyone, and his dad just said that someday you’ll find someone you love. someday. He said okay dad, that time, because he actually believed that the someday would come around.

But that is not obviously the case. His dad is lying.

Several years after puberty, he is still questioning himself about his love interest. Why his heart has never pumped faster when he sees someone handsome or beautiful, why there are no butterflies in his stomach when he is praised by a gorgeous girl or an awesome man. He just feels plain, nothing special. 

He also has never by how curvy a woman is, or how built a man is.

He’s affectionate, caring and loving towards his friends, but he can’t be ‘that’ attracted to them.

Just because her bestfriend can’t love someone and can't be attracted to someone, doesn’t mean she can’t be attracted to him.

Meet the um, heroine, Kim Ajeong.

Ajeong is the smartest amongst everyone in the school. She tries hard, works hard, but she plays hard.

She is incredibly popular too, for her fashion style that’s not expensive to be followed. Well, she doesn’t even get allowance from her parents. She studies really hard and works really hard in all part time jobs she has, because her parents will never, ever make enough money for eight of them.

Her parents used to have a really great company, but eventually the company died down. Amongst the crisis, an opponent company offered to merge both of the company and they said her parents could manage half of the company. But an opponent stays an opponent and they threw her parents, and showered them with despicable loans.

Sure, it is not ing fair and that’s why Ajeong tries and studies so hard to become someone that takes care of the law. She will be a fair judge or maybe a great prosecutor that charges people by honoring the name of rightness.

But there’s one thing to admire about her, as I already narrated before, she plays hard.

She goes to a club looking like a and wastes herself like there’s no tomorrow – but always sane enough to do some taekwondo to bad guys that want to take her home.  

Tao will always be there to accompany her and wushu the bad guys she can’t handle, though.

And that’s why she’s feeling herself drawn to Tao, that is awesomely popular of his cannot love someone state. At the start she didn’t care, because people say that love doesn’t need to have the other person as yours.

But sometimes she’s jealous when she sees he talks too much with a girl, which is Tao’s nature – to be friendly whoever she or he is – but she can’t help but feels envy consuming her. She always handle it perfectly though.
