Meet the Seo Family:

 Seo Changmin (45 years old) 

Background: Changmin was born into the Seo family who were well known in South Korea due to their extreme wealth and powerful empire (business). When he was young he fell in love with Song Victoria, a daughter of a wealthy businessman whom Changmin knew. They married and had three daughters: Yuri, Yoona and Seohyun. Unfortunately Victoria died leaving Changmin heartbroken although this never prevented him from loving his daughters. 

Personality: Strong, smart, confident and prefers a control stablility in his company and family life.

Seo Yuri (22 years old)

Background: Yuri is the eldest of the Seo sisters. Because she was the eldest she was old enough to remember her mother well. She too was deeply effected with her mother's passing away but fulfilled her role in being both older sister and mother figure to her younger sibilings. Due to her being the eldest Yuri recieves more grooming as she is the first heir to the Seo empire therefore having more pressure on her shoulders. Because of the pressure recieved from her family, she goes to extreme lengths to please them being the all time perfect daughter.

Personality: Loving, caring and wise. Although takes much from her father such as confidence and control as she will be taking over his place. 

Seo Yoona (20 years old) 

Background: Yoona is the middle child of the family. Even though she is not the heir (Yuri) or the baby (Seohyun) of the family, she recieves as much attention as her siblings thanks to her beauty and her belief in self worth. Although not having any pressure on her, she lives a wild, rebellious life due to her wealth, beauty and freedom from any roles in her family. 

Personality. Courageous, confident and arrogant. She lacks common sense leading her to get herself in tough situations and trouble. 

Seo Joohyun (18 years old) 

Background: Joohyun mostly known as Seohyun - a nicknam given by mother. Seohyun is the youngest of the Seo family. She was a toddler when her mother died leaving her to grow up not having any memories of her. Her family treats her as if she was a baby due to her innocence and her child-like behaviour. Due to her eldest sister's importance in their family and her second eldest sister's beauty, she is often set aside. She is used to not being in the spotlight as she is not needed and luckily she prefers to blend in the crowd. Seohyun inherited her mother's big heart and her father's intelligence and often spends her time reading books and prefers to live in the fantasy than her real life. 

Personality: Shy, quiet, humble and loving. She remains positive and focus on her family and studies. 

Meet the Xi family: 

Xi Jeong-su (50 yeas old) 

Background: Jeong-su better known as Leetuk which is a name he preferred. He was born into Xi family, a famous family in China. Not only was the family extremely wealthy and powerful but they were huge contributors in Chinese politics. This made them known world-wide. Leetuk was involved in an arranged marriage with Kang So-ra. They married and had three sons: Kris, Kai and Luhan.

Personality: Strict but loving to both his business and family. He is best noted for being wise and smart, able to lure businsses to him and confidence in able to deal with politicians. 

Xi So-ra (42 yeas old) 

Background: So-ra known as Sora was born in to the Kang family who were a family rising in wealth and popularity. Although hit an unfortunate rock when their company went bankrupt. Thanks to her marriage to Leetuk her family avoided total destruction of their company and had managed to keep it stable. She had three sons with Leetuk: Kris, Kai and Luhan. 

Personality: Loving to her sons and husband. Eventhough it was not her choice to marry Leetuk she remained loyal and faithful to him and kept by his side their entire marriage. She is strict with her sons and focuses a lot on the appearence of their family. 

Xi Yifan (24 years old) 

Background: Known as better as Kris - a nickname given by his father. Eldest of the Xi sons. Due to being born first, he has the role of being the heir of Xi empire. He is given a massive amount of pressure to obtain his families wealth and empire. This causes him to focus more on his business life. His parents treat him more stricter than his sibilings as he is the eldest leading him to become cold. Although it doesn't stop him from being thoughtful especially towards his sibilings. 

Personality: He is the most considerate and wises of his brothers although can be cold due to his upbringing to inherit his familiy's company. 

Xi Jongin (22 years old) 

Background: Jongin prefers the name Kai as he prefers the name better than his own. Being the middle child of the Xi brothers he is known for his good-looks, charm and is popular amoung the woman. Despite his recklessness, he cares for his brothers and family, even if they are not aware. He is closer to his little brother Luhan and often grooms him to be more like him. Out of his brothers he is the most to get into trouble due to his irrational thinking and selfish behaviour. As his family does not take much notice of him causes him to act out. 

Personality: Wild, care-free and irresponsible due to no pressure being place on him making him feel unimportant in his family. 

Xi Luhan (20 years old)

Background: Being the youngest out of three sons he is considered as the baby of the family. He is given the most attention from his mother but his father takes not notice of him. Eventhough his mother thinks he is an angel due to his appearence he takes after his brother Kai. He pretends that he is perfect, kind and caring when he actully he is a heartless womanizer. He uses his gentle beauty to get girls attention and loves to take advantage of them.

Personality: Arrogant, selfish and heartless. The only woman he does respect in his life is his mother and he cares for his family.
