-Donghae's POV-

It has been one week ever since the accident happened. Every day, I come to visit Jessica but I wasn’t allowed to come near her. Even if I wanted to; her father assigned body guards to stop me. I attempted so many times but it’s still useless. All I can do is to wait for the guards to leave every midnight and sneak inside Jessica’s room. The whole day of waiting will never be wasted as long I see Jessica.

Finally, it’s midnight…

“Yah Jung Jessica, why are you still sleeping? Didn’t I tell you to stop acting like sleeping beauty?” I said as I sat on the chair beside her.

I started to her hair and caress her hands

“You’re beautiful…Do you want me to sing the song I used to sing for you when we were in middle school?”

-Flashback (No One’s POV)-

The 16 year old Jessica was sitting on a bench beside, also, the 16 year old Donghae. They were eating ddukbokki…

“AHHHHHH! It’s very spicy. WOOOOOOH” Donghae blew on the hot spicy rice cakes

“Aish. Are you a Korean or what?” Jessica said while munching

“Ewww, look at your mouth. Are you a girl or what?”

“I’m asking you a question so answer me!” she then punched Donghae’s shoulder with her closed fist

“YAH! Why are you punching me? Stop being violent. I hate violent people”

“Then I hate you”

“Want me to sing the song I composed for you?”

“Chincha? What is it?” Jessica looked at Donghae brightly; unknowingly to her that he already had an evil plan going through his mind

“Let’s start”

Once there were three creatures

Who lived in a cottage

Lee Donghae

Jung Jessica

And the cucumber

Lee Donghae is very handsome

Jung Jessica is very fat…hahaha

The cucumber who likes to scare the hell out of Jessica

And all lived happily ever after

“YAH! Why are you doing this to me?” she now strangled Donghae

“*coughs* Ouch! *cough* Stop it! Why are you doing this to me?! Aish really”

“Why are you always making fun of me?” tears started fall from Jessica’s eyes

“Are you crying because of the cucumber part? I’m sorry, I didn’t know you were that afraid to the cucumbers” he said jokingly

“You are so mean. I hate you” Donghae then hugged the crying Jessica (she was already blushing)

“I’m sorry. I’m sorry. Come on, let me treat you again later. Huh? Is that fine with you?”

“Uh, ye- yeah”

“Why are you blushing?”

“Shut up! I’m not.” Jessica ran away from Donghae as fast as she could

“Yah! Come back here you dork!”

-End of Flashback (Donghae’s POV)-

Donghae sang his song once again...

“My improvisation is lame, isn’t it? Why aren’t you laughing or hitting me? Jessica…please wake-up…”

I put her right hand on my face and tears were rolling down from my eyes

“I miss you. Please forgive me for being a bastard. Don’t blame yourself because of my behavior. Do you still remember the day you confessed your feelings for me three months ago? I just pretended that I didn’t hear anything…but the truth is, I did. Yes, that time, I was still in love with Hara…and I was already falling for you. I didn’t want to admit my feelings for you because I thought that Hara is the only one for me, but I was wrong. I was wrong Jessica…I was wrong”

-Flashback (No One’s POV)-

In a coffee shop

Donghae was sitting impatiently…he was waiting for someone. He got his cell phone from his pocket and started dialing.

“Yoboseyo?” he’s turning his head from left to right, looking for something…someone

“Yoboseyo? Ah Donghae?” the person whom Donghae called from the other line was Hara

“Where are you now?”

“I am here right behind you”

Donghae turned his head around and there was Hara. She then walked towards him and sat on the table facing Donghae…

“What do you want to talk about?” she asked

“It’s about our relationship…our affair, actually”

“Hmmm?”

“Let’s end this now. I have to settle this once and for all” Donghae said without any hesitation

“Oh. You are doing this for Jessica, right?”

“Forget all the things that happened between us. They’re all making me sick”

“Tsk. You should have broken up with me in the first place”

‘What do you mean?” he stared at her with a puzzled look

Hara’s cell phone rang and she answered it immediately

“Hello honey. Yeah it’s me Hara. Where are you now? Fine, fine. See yah later. I love you!”

Donghae kept calm but you can see the annoyance in his eyes

“So…you’ve been cheating on me all this time?” he said while giving her a deathly look

“Why are you saying this kind of things? Aren’t you also cheating on Jessica?” she fired back

“Yeah right. Good luck with your new boyfriend” he said sarcastically and left the coffee shop all at once

-End of Flashback (Donghae’s POV)-

I went home after spending two hours talking to Jessica…talking to myself.

“Good bye Sica. See you tomorrow” I smiled sadly

-Two days later (No One’s POV)-

“Nurse! Nurse!” Jessica’s father was screaming hysterically yet the excitement in his eyes can be seen

Donghae was awaken by the sudden screaming. He then saw doctors rushing towards Jessica’s room

“Jessica’s awake! She’s awake!” Jessica’s mother cried

You could imagine Donghae’s face at that time. ..
