1. Give us 1 - 2 weeks to complete your poster. Sometimes it only takes 2 - 4 days
2. If it was already 2 weeks but you still didn't get your poster, PM me (Rifa) on my wall.
3. If you don't like the poster that we made for you, you can ask for redos. If you still don't like it. You can request from someone else. We will only make 2 redos.
4. DON'T RUSH US! We have life
5. Please provide BIG and HQ pictures and when I said BIG. The pictures size are 500x600 or more. Provide your own pictures because we won't provide it for you anymore. NO PICTURES NO POSTERS
6. You have 7 days/ 1 week to pickup your poster. If you can't pickup your poster in a week. Tell me first so you won't be blacklist.
7. Comment after you take your poster so that we know you use it and already get the poster
8. You must use the poster for a month before you want to change it.
9. Maximum of characters for story poster are 6. One group are considered as 2 characters. While for character chart the maximum for characters are 12.
10. Don't request from other users/website if you already request from us.
11. WE DON'T DO RATED/ POSTER
12. Save your posters in your own server. In case it got deleted from our server
13. Credit the designer and this shop in your foreword.
14. Subscribed to this shop because I won't tell you when your poster is done.
15. Users that are in the rejected request can request again but I suggest you read the rules carefully on why your request was rejected. For blacklisted users you CANNOT request a poster here ever again.
16. There are many ways for you to get in the rejected request or blacklists. Such as ___________________________________ (figured it yourself)
