It has been 24 hours already since Yunho slept and just  a moment ago he opened his eyes, and just as he expected Jaejonng was there holding his hands tight

"P-paper" Yunho whispered

Jaejoong was confused at first but he gave Yunho the paper and a pen.

Jaejoong can see how much yunho struggles in writing, he was about to help yunho but stopped when he saw what yunho was writing. Yunho looked at him and gave the paper back. When Jaejoong saw it, the tears that he's been holding, all the wall he tried to built to be strong for yunho broke down. He doesn't know why he cried that hard despite always hearing that word from Yunho. Maybe becuase this felt different, Maybe because there was something jaejoong felt when he read the message,

He was about to answer back when yunho spoke again

"S-smile, Jae"

And despite the tears running down his face, Jaejoong smiled. The same sweet smile that Yunho loved, the same sweet smile that always make yunho's heart flutter, and a sweet smile hoping that Yunho would be able to live, even just for another day. Jaejoong kissed Yunho's cheeks and whispered

"I love you too, yunho-ah. So so much"

Yunho smiled, and despite all the machine attached to him, despite the pale face and the thin body, jaejoong can't still help but feel his heart beats twice, he still feels the butterflies in his stomach.

And that was the last time Jaejoong saw yunho's smile again
