In order to keep the relationship between the Fables and the Mortals balanced, the only twelve werewolves living in Seoul were in charge of settling any supernatural dispute within the city. 

A case of teenage girls getting beheaded is soon marked on their to-do list, and the only other citizen in Seoul that could help them solve the case is their schoolmate Choi Mideum.
