The first time Bom knew something was wrong was when Dara refused to eat her favourite ramen, saying that she despised the smell of it and, instead picked up one of Bom’s dietary biscuits for lunch.

The first time Chaerin knew something was wrong was when every morning, she saw Dara throw all her breakfast up.

The first time Minzy knew something was wrong was when Dara fainted for the first time while she was teaching her dance steps for their next comeback.

The first time Dara knew something was wrong was when she woke up and she saw her friend’s worried faces staring at her.

After Dara was handed a glass of water, the girls then surrounded her and confronted about the situation.

“Dara, when was your last period?” Bom asked seriously, and Dara upon realising just what Bom is implying almost fainted again.

“T-three weeks ago,”

“My God! You might be pregnant!” Bom exclaimed, hugging Dara, “But, we have to make sure. We need to immediately go to a clinic first thing tomorrow morning,” she added, planning a trip.

Dara simply nodded to everything that Bom is planning, the possibility of a life beginning to form inside her is overwhelming. She was thinking about his/her repercussions in her career. What will her mom say? What will Durami say? Will Sanghyun say? What will the father of her child say?

CL, already knowing what’s running inside her unnie’s worry-wart mind, stopped her line of thoughts, “It’s going to be fine, unnie. I’m sure everyone will support you,”

“I’m sorry for causing trouble,” she said, tears started forming in her eyes, “We’re going to have a comeback soon, and I’m going to hold everyone back,” she said, this time openly crying.

“Don’t worry about it, unnie. You know we love you no matter what. And we’re also going to love your baby. We are going to get through this,” Minzy said hugging Dara. The two other girls then also added themselves to the group hug, seeking comfort from each other.

Over the next few weeks, the girls tried their best in promoting their new single. They also made sure that Dara took enough rest and eat lots of healthy food. But, most of all, they made sure that nobody, especially the media, will know of Dara’s conditi
