(Rap Monster's POV)

It was an early morning, I had awaken to the pleasant aroma of Jin's cooking. I didn't fully understand why he got up so early to cook the whole group breakfast, but he always complained that it was the most important meal of the day.

He had always spent extra time, setting up the table, getting each individual plate ready, and after everyone ate, he'd also be the one to wash the dishes by hand. It's like he was our mom, he always tried his best to make everyone feel at home. And when you needed advice or a shoulder to cry on, he was the person to go to.

I walked out of my room, excited to eat. My stomach growled loudly, but no one was around to hear it. I assumed everyone was still sleeping, I hope they'd get up soon.

I walked to the kitchen to check on Jin, he seemed to be busy bringing each plate of food to the table, then he brought out seven cups and placed a cup beside each plate.

But, it appeared to me, that Jin was very exhausted. He was somewhat dragging his feet with each step as if he had weights on them. He was usually excited and was getting things done quicky. But today, our Jin, was distant.

Rap Monster: I like it, Seokjin.

I was complimenting his food and the job he had done setting everything up, but it didn't seem to get to him, he just sat at the table, waiting for everyone else to show up.

I found a seat for myself, it was across from Jin so I could clearly talk to him, but he wasn't even acknowledging me. I was starting to become concerned about my hyung.

Rap Monster: Seokjin, is something on your mind?

Jin: No...

I tried to look into his eyes as I spoke to him, but he avoided the contact, it was clear to me, that Jin was sad about something and was ashamed to be sad.

The others started making their way to the table and were talking about how great the food smelled, they just wanted to eat Jin, is what all that sounded like.

I had a harder time reading his mind because everyone was talking or trying to talk to him, but he didn't want to deal with anyone today. He had just gotten up and left the table without saying anything.

The others were a bit confused or concerned as to why the eldest member didn't stay to eat. His plate was untouched, just like mine, because I wasn't going to let him skip breakfast, it was the most important meal of the day.

He sat on the couch in the living room and he just stared at the TV, as if his favorite drama was on, but the TV, wasn't on.

Jin: I'd like to have sometime to myself, Namjoon.

Rap Monster: But you need to eat, you always tell us that breakfast is the most important meal of the day! I would also feel bad that you did all that work, and then you don't even enjoy it with us! Hyung! Please!

I tried to grab his arm, but he swatted me away. Jin would never pass up the most important meal of the day, I know what happens when he does, he'll pass out from the hunger.

Rap Monster: Hyung, let's eat!

Jin: No. I'm not hungry...

Rap Monster: You'll faint if you don't eat! I know you're hungry!

Jin: Namjoon! I'm not hungry! I won't tell you that again!

I backed away from him with a slight fear, he stood tall for a moment, but then he sighed as he sat back down.

Rap Monster: Hyung!

I couldn't stop worrying now, he refused to talk to me and he appeared angry at me, something I never see from his emotions.

Rap Monster: Hyung! Let's go to the park! Just you and I! Don't worry about cleaning up after everyone, I have that covered when we come back! That will make you feel better, won't it?

Jin: Just, you and I?

Rap Monster: Yes! If you just need time with me, that's okay!

Jin: Okay, let's go right now then...

He smiled slightly as he tightly embraced me. He seemed to lighten up at the idea of just him and I, or was it the park? I don't know, but I was glad to see him give a little smile.

And with that said, we left for the park.

(Jin's POV)

I didn't like seeing Rap Monster worry, but was being sad the only way to get his attention? I'm pretty sure there are other ways, but I shouldn't have to work so hard or be so hard on myself.

You know, Rap Monster was the first member to the table every time I'd cook breakfast, and he'd always appreciate my work the most. Rap Monster would always greet me with his famous smile, not that stupid one he does, but the one where his dimples show. He meant the world to me, and only if he'd knew that, I truly wouldn't be this sad or needy for his attention.

There was just something very important I had to tell him, and my heart couldn't take the wait much longer. This alone time at the park with him, was all I needed. So we found ourselves sitting on the bench, watching various children play.

He smiled as he watched the children play. But me? I sighed and I didn't pay much attention to the children, I tried my best to hold his hand, but it was a struggle to even get close... I needed to tell him what was so important, if I don't do it now, I'll never get another chance.

Rap Monster: Hyung, I see that the park hasn't changed your mood, I'd really like to know what's on your mind.

He was facing me now, but this time, I didn't avoid his eye contact, I had to be straightforward or otherwise he might not take me seriously. But things were oddly silent between us two for a moment.

Rap Monster: It's okay, you can tell me anything that's on your mind.

Jin: I like it, I mean, I like you! I really like you! No, wait! I love you Namjoon!

Rap Monster: Hyung...

He managed to grab my hand as he looked me straight in the eye. He leaned in close to my face, to point where I could feel his hot breath on my lips, and with another few moments of strange silence, his lips moved, uttering the words I'd treasure the most.

Rap Monster: Seokjin, I love you too.

With that said, he gave that famous smile and he wrapped his arms around me, then he put his lips on mine.
