It was past eleven pm at night and the corridors were eerily silent as Naeun and Eunji sat in two plastic chairs lined up against the walls. The pair remained muted until Eunji stood up and walked to the nearby vending machine.

Fishing out some coins from her pocket, she slid them into the coin slot and pressed on the button indicating 'hot coffee.' Once both paper cups were filled to the brim, she removed them from the dispenser and carried them back to where Naeun was still sitting.

"Here."

Offering a steaming cup of warm beverage to the younger, she waited for her to take it from her hand before resuming her original seat next to the 94 line.

Naeun took a long sip from her cup, letting the comforting warmth of the drink swirl within . It had been a long and hectic day for all of them with all the crazy happenings which had occurred just hours before.

The third and fourth oldest members in Apink had spent most of those hours with the doctor and later on with the maknaes before finally managing to get some rest at this deserted part of the hospital.

The liquid level in Eunji's cup had reached mid point when Naeun suddenly remarked.

"How do you know if you love someone?"

The question caught the Busan native offguard and a startled expression flashed across the features of her beautiful face.

"You just know."

Her reply wasn't one which Naeun had hoped to receive. Hence she spoke again, bent on obtaining a satisfactory answer.

"Please unnie. I need to know."

Placing her half empty paper cup on the plastic chair beside her, Eunji ran one hand through her hair before leaning back to rest her head against the wall.

"I'm sorry for not being able to give you better advice Naeunnie. But I don't think there is a text book answer when it comes to relationships."

Setting her own cup down on another chair, Naeun brought her legs to her chest and buried her head in her knees such that Eunji was no longer able to see her face.

"Chorong unnie deserves Bomi unnie more than I do."

The statement surprised Eunji and she turned her body towards her dongseng who was now sobbing quietly.

"Naeunnie..."

Clamping one hand on Naeun's shoulder, Eunji pulled the girl in for a comforting hug. She did not expect the younger to lean her head on her chest and wrap her arms around her waist.

"If it wasn't for Chorong unnie who never gave up, we would have lost Bomi unnie."

Although her voice was quivering tremendously, Eunji could perfectly understand what Naeun was referring to.

Everyone had accepted what the doctor said and assumed that Bomi could no longer be saved. Only Chorong persevered in trying to revive Bomi. Thankfully her efforts were eventually rewarded.

After weeping for some time, the tired girl fell asleep in her unnie's warm embrace but that did not stop her from muttering the following words.

"I have no regrets losing Bomi unnie to Chorong unnie."

Park Chorong wasn't sure how much time had passed since the doctor certified that Bomi had indeed been resurrected. She only knew she could not afford to lose sight of the younger girl again.
