"Is she okay?" Jungkook looked at me with real concern, and it looked like he wanted to rush over to me. I tried to avoid eye contact with him. My focus really wasn't good right now. If this kept going the way i thought it would go, i would blow my cover. Jiyong was a professional at this. It was almost like he had been trained for this thing.

It would make sense, since he had trained me as well. But i wasn't nearly as good as him. Yet. I needed to improve, so i wouldn't lose my mask in front of people anymore. I needed to shape up, get my act together and stop being so silly. I had to play my part in this game, even if i wasn't behind it. So i decided to do just that. I shook all the bad feelings out, and gave Jungkook a weak smile. "Yeah, i'm fine. I'm probably just hungry. I haven't eaten in... Actually, i don't know how long it has been since i have eaten".

"We could all need something to eat, right?" Jungkook glanced around at everyone, and everyone was agreeing with him. No surprise. What did surprise me was what he asked me next. His eyes landed on me, and he held his hand out towards me. "Want to go look for some?"

"Oh, sure. You two going together alone. Nothing fishy about that. Have any of you considered that there might be more than one killer? For all we know, it could be the two of them, and they are going off alone to kill someone else," Hyoyeon walked next to Jungkook, glaring up at him. "Not long ago, you said that we shouldn't let anyone be alone, and now you want to go off with her? Screams killer to me".

"Or ," Ji Hyun smirked, crossing her arms over her chest. "A girl and a boy walking off together alone. No way they are just going to look for food, or plan who to kill next".

Jungkook retreated his arm, holding his hands up in defense. "I'm not the killer, and i'm certainly not thinking about... that other thing. I was honestly just offering to find some food. There has to be some, right? Unless the killer wants us to go all Hannibal Lecter on each other. And to answer your question, Hyoyeon, it doesn't matter anymore if we're alone or in groups. Kiseop was with us one second, and the next he was gone. I highly doubt he would just walk off on his own, considering the consequences. So the killer must have taken him when we weren't watching".

"Exactly what a killer would say," Ji Hyun was clearly doubting Jungkook, but in this game it was wise not to trust anyone. You couldn't even trust yourself here. The only thing you can trust in situations like these... is your guts. Jiyong had taught me that, always trust your gut. He always warns me that there are other people who can do mind control, and they might just try to fool your mind. If you let them get inside your head, you're screwed. 

"Fine, so what idea do you propose, Ji Hyun? That all of us split up? That all of us stays together? Or that we just give up, and commit suicide together so we won't be killed?" Jungkook was raising his voice, and his eyes looked like they were about to pop out. He was scared now. He had just realized that we wouldn't come out of this alive. The only one coming out alive would be the last man standing. The killer. He was talking about not giving up, because he still had hope. Hope that someone would come and rescue us. 

But i knew better. This game had just begun, and it wasn't going to end with just two dead people. There were more to come, and we needed to prepare ourselves. There was no way to win this, unless we found out who the killer was before everyone was dead. But how? How could we trick the killer? 

No one said a word after Jungkook's little speech. They knew he was right, but they also knew he was wrong. There was no right answer. None of us had one anyway. Except for Jiyong. He always had one. "Let's vote for it," he was leaning against a brick wall, biting on his thumb again. For the others, it was just a normal thing that wasn't something worth paying attention to, but for me who knew Jiyong personally, it was his only sign of weakness.

"Vote for what exactly?" Hyunseung had placed himself on the floor, and until now he had just been staring at the floor, not saying a single word. But now he was staring at Jiyong, waiting for an answer, like we all were. 

"Everyone who wants to stay together, raise your hands. Those of you who want to go off alone, disappear right now, and make sure you don't run into each other by picking a place. And you're only allowed to vote once, you can't change your mind".

"Since when do you make the rules around here?" Hyunseung spat at him. "You're acting like you're the boss right now. That only makes you seem like the culprit. Is it you, Jiyong? Are you the reason behind this?" Hyunseung smirked, making eye contact with Jiyong, and Jiyong didn't budge or flinch. He remained a calm posture as he took a few steps towards Hyunseung, looking down at him.

"I have nothing to do with the kidnapping nor the killing," Jiyong squatted down in front of Hyunseung, tilting his head to the left, for so to the right, smirking. "But that's not going to make you believe me. The only reason i'm taking charge here right now is because those three are useless, and is of no importance in this twisted game.
