With the advancement of technology, the government has managed to successfully liquify human emotions and put them into vials. Every month, the government sends a package of these vials to each person in hopes for humanity to create a world that is both happy and peaceful. What they don't realize is humans are popping them like candy and run out of the vials before half the month is over.

And so, a bar called Cassiopeia is opened to serve those who needs the vials to go on with their lives. No one knows how Cassiopeia always have full supplies, but they don't question it. Cassiopeia continues to run as more and more people flock to their doors.

This is a story of people who have been through the doors of Cassiopeia and a snippet of their lives.
