"Hoya" Tiffany said in shocked. Myungsoo let go of Krystal's hand before Hoya can see it.

"What are you doing here?" Tiffany asked

Hoya smiled "Omma told me to follow you here I didn't know that you were with them" he said referring to Myungsoo and Krystal

"Ah yeah I asked them to go with me" Tiffany said

Hoya went closer to Krystal and wiped the sweat on her forehead using his handkerchief "You look so tired now"

Myungsoo looked away and put his hands on his pockets.

"Let's eat now" Tiffany said as she pulled Myungsoo beside her "I'm sorry I didn't know that he's going here"

Myungsoo smiled at her "It's okay noona no need to worry"

They entered the restaurant and ordered food. The whole eating session was quite while Myungsoo will try to have a glimpse of Krystal who's busy eating her food.

"Here" Hoya said as she put samgyeopsal on Krystal's plate

"Uh gomawo" she said and started to eat

"I thought you need to go somewhere Hoya" Tiffany said trying to remove the awkward atmosphere

"Well I cancelled everything now since Krystal is here"

"I think you should stop being so cheesy around her! Can't you see she's uncomfortable with it" Tiffany scolded Hoya

Hoya looked at Tiffany "I'm just taking care of her"

"She's not a kid anymore Hoya" Tiffany said as she rolled her eyes

Myungsoo held Tiffany's hand to make her calm. Myungsoo's phone suddenly rang

"Yeoboseyo Appa?" He said

"Myungsoo....your omma" Mr. Kim said weakly

"What happened to omma?" He said as he stood up. While the three looked at him

Myungsoo went out of the restaurant immediately followed by Hoya, Krystal and Tiffany.  In no time they arrived at the hospital. Myungsoo saw his father leaning in the wall in front of the emergency room

"Appa" he said "What happened to omma?" He said his tears are now starting to flow in his beautiful face

"She keeps vomiting and she had a seizure"

Hearing that Myungsoo felt weak, he slowly sat at the chair and started to cry

Krystal stayed beside Tiffany while Hoya is comforting the crying Myungsoo. The doctor went out

"How is she?" Mr. Kim asked worriedly

"I'm sorry to say this but her cancer is now in stage 4 the disease has already spread to almost all parts of her body and chances of curing it are low" The doctor said

"Noooo" Myungsoo whispered as he cried again. Tiffany stood beside Mr. Kim while Krystal keeps caressing Myungsoo's back while Hoya is comforting him.

"Please do anything to save my wife" Mr. Kim pleaded

"I'm sorry Mr. Kim but stage 4 is hard to treat. The chances of her waking up is now 50/50"

Mr. Kim knelt down as he started to cry

"Uncle" Tiffany said in a weak voice tears are now uncontrollably flowing in her face

"I can't lose my wife Tiffany" He said. She remained silent and hugged Mr. Kim

Myungsoo stood up from his seat and run. Krystal was about to follow her but Hoya stopped her by holding her hand

"He needs some time alone" He said

"but"

 "Don't worry he won't do anything stupid" Hoya reassured

Krystal nodded and hugged Hoya

"Auntie is going to be fine Krystal" Hoya said her back

Myungsoo went to the small chapel in the hospital and sat at one of the benches

"Do you really want to get my omma from me now? From us?" He said while crying

"Please save my omma! I can't afford losing her"

Krystal watched Myungsoo as he cried. She decided to follow him while Hoya and Tiffany was busy comforting Mr. Kim. It's the first time she saw Myungsoo so weak and fragile. She slowly walk towards him

"Omma" he said weakly "Please! Fight! Don't leave me"

Krystal stood up in front of him and placed a hand on his shoulder "Myungsoo"

He doesn't need to look up to see the person who just called him, he already knows who owns that angel voice. He didn't hesitate anymore and wrapped his arms around Krystal's tiny waist and continued to cry. She his hair and didn't say anything.

Little did they know Hoya was watching them. He felt hurt seeing Myungsoo hugged Krystal and how Krystal comforted him. He left the place before the two can see him. It's enough for him he's hurt already he needs time to freshen up his mind.
