Description

Hakyeon, an up and coming wedding planner at Couture Events, has just been assigned his first solo gig; the wedding of Gangnam socialite Lee Se Jin. So no pressure, right. Regardless of his client’s diva reputation, Hakyeon’s determined that this wedding goes off without a hitch, and it will if only they can find ‘the dress’.

With barely two months left until W-day Hakyeon has exhausted all of his resources and is out of ideas, so he enlists the help of a trusted senior, who puts him in touch with their go to guy, Taekwoon, a talented freelance designer who is reluctant to take on the job and its tight deadline.

Whatever makes the bride happy, Hakyeon repeats to himself in his head for the upteenth time as he quietly taps at the ipad nursed in his arm. Not enough beading, lower neckline, no cap sleeves, he lists off as he takes note of his client’s comments and marks off yet another miss in a long line rejected dresses. As his client follows the consultant back to the change room Hakyeon selects the thumbnail image of the most recent dress and shifts it to a growing file, appropriately titled “No way in hell”, next to another file labelled "Over my dead body".
