(3rd person’s POV)

You could see the raindrops falling in that lake. And a back view of a person. Nobody told me his name. But I know- his name is Lee Taemin. Lately, I see him coming here often. He’d sit here in front of the lake and absentmindedly throw tiny pebbles in there. Those tiny pebbles would make some tiny waves but Lee Taemin would never notice it. He would be looking at the ripples but would never see. Because his mind is always somewhere too far. I never knew what the exact reason was. But I got to know one day.

That day, I saw him writing something on his notedpad. His tears was falling like the beautiful raindrops. When his writing was done, he tore up the page and made a paper-boat with that. He let that boat go away, with those waves, which he never noticed before. But, it was the last day when he saw how one wave would push the other waves. And how all waves pushed his small boat with them. The paper-boat, which had his untold stories inside it.

And I knew, all the stories don’t get a happy ending.

I don’t know now,

What I’ve expected exactly;

But when you’ve said those things to my face,

I felt kinda rejected.

I, now miss my old days

When everyday was like a dream

And there was no night of mine that wouldn’t pass without a nightmare

You were in those nightmares always

I felt so troubled

I always questioned myself if I’ve loved you

Maybe the answer was somewhat yes

I was being afraid, so I wanted to forget you-

I loved you a lot, but yet sometimes I tried to avoid you.

But then I thought you’d miss me,

I thought that you might get hurt,

Or, you might need me around you.

So, I could never detach from you

I didn’t expect anything in particular, I guess

But somehow I feel disappointed.
