It's frustrating when you're waiting up all night for him to come home. No calls or text messages of 'I'll be home soon, I'm at ____' or replies to your inquiries of 'Are you still busy?' and 'Are you going to be home for dinner?'. But even though you know better than to worry or get angry, you still do.
    With each hour that goes by, your worry increases and when he finally walks through the door at 2 in the morning, you sigh in relief. Your anger fades when he wraps you in his arms with a soft "You didn't have to wait up for me". But you both know that you would've waited anyway.
